Universities and institutions of higher education, as the most significant scientific institutions that pay attention to the processing of human beings, are the driving engine and the brain of the society and are the rudder of the movement towards sustainable development. Based on this, higher education has faced many changes in the internal and external environment during the past decades and the need to respond to emerging challenges such as increasing demand for higher education, decreasing government financial support, rapid technological progress, changes Jamiadi has brought up the obsolescence of university programs and the need to compete with new models of higher education under conditions that preserve the nature of a traditional comprehensive university. As a result, a large number of universities used policy-making and planning, the direction of sustainable development as a tool for creating profit, strategic changes, adapting to rapid environmental changes, etc. Because, on the one hand, higher education institutions are the preservers and transmitters of the cultural heritage and values governing the society, and on the other hand, they respond to social needs for the acquisition, dissemination and development of knowledge and technology. It seems that the issues and bottlenecks discussed in the country's higher education, such as financial bottlenecks, environmental issues, curricula that do not respond to social issues and needs and the labor market, are also applicable to the universities of West Azarbaijan province and from There are serious issues that require the necessity of planning for the development of sustainable higher education in the province of West Azarbaijan province. Therefore, developing a sustainable higher education development model seems necessary and can help universities to become sustainable universities and green entrepreneurship. Therefore, according to the presented materials, the present research seeks to answer this question: What is the impact model of sustainable higher education development on the green entrepreneurial orientation of university students in West Azarbaijan province?
