Background & Purpose: Job performance is one of the variables that has received a lot of attention in many developed countries. Psychologists consider job performance as a product of human behaviors and believe that motivations and needs affect people's performance and ultimately economic growth and development. Job performance is a composite structure on the basis of which successful employees can be identified from unsuccessful employees through a set of specific criteria. Actually performance, in words; That is, the state or quality of performance and job performance is: the product and efficiency of people in relation to the action they perform. In other words, performance is the actual work of individuals according to their job descriptions. On the other hand, organizational citizenship behavior is a set of voluntary behaviors that are not part of the official duties of the individual, but by doing so, the individual effectively improves organizational tasks and plans. Organizational citizenship behavior improves organizational performance by influencing factors within the organization such as organizational climate, retaining qualified employees, improving morale, increasing organizational commitment, job satisfaction, reducing job leaving intentions, reducing absenteeism, and reducing destructive job behaviors. Also, organizational citizenship behavior by improving external factors such as customer satisfaction, service quality, and customer loyalty, improves the quality of employee performance at an excellent level. Increase mental health in the community; It means reducing social harms, reducing the cost of exchanges and interactions in the social, economic, cultural, and political spheres, expanding the participation and social interactions of citizens and civic institutions, and finally, facilitating and organizing municipal services. Thus, policy-making, in order to improve urban development and management, requires mapping the space and the desired state of mental health. Therefore, mental health, like other forms, should be considered by managers and the field of its maintenance and development should be provided in the organization. Mental health in groups and organizations leads to behavior change, this change also leads to greater participation in work and, in turn, positively affects the performance of the organization and the job. Organizations must improve their performance as long as they strive for their survival and feel the need to be present in various fields, and this performance improvement will not be achieved unless it is possible to achieve the improvement of people's mental health.
