The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between team leadership and job burnout and work isolation with regard to the mediating role of psychological resilience. The statistical population of the research included all the employees of the sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province in the number of 250 people, and the statistical sample of the research was 148 employees of the sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province according to Morgan's table, who were selected by the accessible method. To collect data, questionnaires of team leadership by Sarakok (2007), job burnout by Meslash (1981), work isolation by Ferris et al. (2008) and psychological resilience by Connor and Davidson (2003) were used. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by the supervisor, and the reliability of the questionnaires was determined through Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaires of team leadership, burnout, work isolation and psychological resilience, respectively 0.87, 0.89, 0.92 and 90. 0 was calculated. Descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used for data analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between team leadership and job burnout of the employees of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province. There is a negative and significant relationship between team leadership and work isolation of employees of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province. There is a positive and significant relationship between team leadership and psychological resilience of the employees of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province. There is a direct and meaningful relationship between psychological resilience and job burnout of employees of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province. There is a negative and significant relationship between psychological resilience and work isolation of employees of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province. There is a positive and significant relationship between job burnout and work isolation of employees of sports and youth departments of West Azarbaijan province.
