Introduction and Objective: Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the world. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a course of aerobic and combined cardiac rehabilitation training on some hemodynamic variables in heart patients. Methodology: For this purpose, 22 PCI patients referred to Shahid Rajaei Heart Center in Tehran were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into two groups of aerobic exercise and combination exercise. After measuring the research variables in the pre-test, the subjects performed their exercises for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week and each session for 45 to 60 minutes under the supervision of the research group. After the exercises, the tests of research variables were measured again. Results: The results showed that aerobic exercise had no significant effect on variables (SBP, DBP) and combined exercise on variable (SBP) but aerobic exercise on variables (EDV, ESV, SV and HR) and combined exercise on variables (EDV, ESV, SV). , DBP and HR) have a significant effect. Also, there is no significant difference between the effect of two training methods on the variables (SV, SBP, DBP and HR). But there is a significant difference on the variables (EDV, ESV) in patients (PCI). Conclusion: The results confirm the effect of aerobic and combined exercises on hemodynamic variables in PCI patients and the use of these exercises is recommended in consultation with a physician.
