Introduction
One of the essential and vital issues in the higher education system is to pay attention to changing the attitude of professors in the field of teaching methods and the use of effective and useful methods to educate thinking learners, because what should be accepted as a principle in higher education is to pay attention to the method techniques and skills of interacting with students. Undoubtedly, respected professors should provide the basis for reforming and revising their teaching methods with effective planning (3).
Among the many influential factors in teaching and learning, the role of professors is the most prominent. International researches in the field of professional growth and development of educational teachers emphasize research in the classroom, so that teachers try to participate more in the decisions related to improving the quality of education in the classroom. (5).
Building a scale to evaluate professors' performance is to improve professors' effectiveness through the performance evaluation process, by integrating organizational goals with individual and group efforts (6). Evaluation is a systematic process for collecting, analyzing and interpreting information in order to determine whether the intended goals have been realized or are being realized and to what extent? (2).
The investigation about the efficiency of the professors in the university is very important, because its results, on the one hand, provide appropriate information for the analysis of educational issues, basic decisions and strategic planning to the authorities and those involved in higher education. And on the other hand, teachers, by being aware of the quality of their performance during teaching, will be able to modify their teaching methods and, as a result, improve the quality of their teaching (8).
Therefore, designing a reliable tool seems necessary. Since the document on the fundamental transformation of education explicitly focuses on the engineering of professors' efficiency, as well as on the establishment of mechanisms to improve professors' abilities for their effective participation in education, as well as the lack of a suitable theoretical framework for evaluating professors' efficiency, all of these indicate the existence of a problem in this field. and requires scientific and operational steps in this field. Therefore, according to the theoretical and empirical foundations that maintaining a suitable environment for learning and thinking requires teachers who, in addition to having expertise, ability and morality, are also effective in classroom management. According to the above material, the researcher is trying to answer the question of whether interpersonal, intrapersonal and verbal intelligences with the role of mediator of job satisfaction have an effect on the construction of a teacher's efficiency measurement scale or not?
Method
In order to carry out the present applied research and standardization, 246 people were selected as a sample from among the professors of Farhangian University all over the country who were teaching at the master's level in the academic year of 1401-1400 (about 1100 people) using Morgan's table and the questionnaire. Completed Gardner's Multiple Intelligence for Adults. This questionnaire, which is based on Gardner's theory, measures 8 types of intelligence.
The multiple intelligence questionnaire consists of 119 questions. which is classified into 8 parts and each part includes questions related to the same intelligence: musical intelligence (14 questions), motor-kinetic intelligence (13 questions), logical-mathematical intelligence (17 questions), verbal-linguistic intelligence (20 questions), interpersonal intelligence (social) (18 questions), intrapersonal intelligence (9 questions), naturalistic intelligence (13 questions) and visuospatial intelligence (15 questions), the learners were asked to choose the options based on Choose your own interest and intelligence and answer each question carefully and as if it were an organized interview. The questions of this questionnaire measure a person's intelligence through three types of cognitive, behavioral and emotional questions which are essential aspects of any intelligence. . A few questions also assess the level of a person's enthusiasm. The reliability coefficient of the Persian version is reported to be 92% based on Cronbach's alpha.
The sample people also completed Holland's job satisfaction questionnaire (2001). This questionnaire includes four forms of desire for activities, desire for jobs, experiences of work activity and self-assessments, reporting results and processing information. In the activities section, it has six realistic, searching, artistic, social, reckless, and contractual subscales, each of which consists of 11 questions (66 questions in total), including 11 activity titles. This tool is designed to measure job satisfaction types based on Holland's hexagonal model. In Iran, different researches have been conducted on students, students and workers. Finally, the data were analyzed with exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and data analysis using Minitab software.
Results
The results showed that interpersonal, intrapersonal and verbal intelligences have a significant effect on the construction of the teacher's efficiency scale directly and with the mediating role of job satisfaction.
Discussion
Today, human resource management is known as a unique approach that works by applying management to gain a competitive advantage, which is done through strategic improvement in the allocation of competent employees (professors) (11).
Performance is an activity that is usually a part of a person's job and activities and he must do it. Evaluating professors' efficiency can be a source of motivation for professors because its results are used for future promotion, education and development (12).
Examining the efficiency of professors in the university is very important, because on the one hand, its results provide appropriate information for the analysis of educational issues, basic decisions and strategic planning, and on the other hand, By being aware of the quality of their performance during teaching, teachers will be able to modify their teaching methods and, as a result, improve the quality of their teaching (10).
Researchers consider effectiveness in teaching to be affected by three basic variables including context, process and product. The effectiveness of the professor in teaching means how to create the best and most suitable changes and learning results in the learners in a suitable way (13). According to the above, if the evaluation is supportive and is done correctly, it is possible to identify the defects and gaps with its results and give feedback on the professional development of professors (14).
Despite the above, the lack of access to all sample people and the lack of control over the mental conditions of the respondents when completing the questionnaires are limitations of the present research that may affect the results of the research. However, it is hoped that the results of this research will provide researchers and officials with a clear perspective on the impact of interpersonal, intrapersonal and verbal intelligence directly and as a mediator of job satisfaction on measuring the efficiency of the professor so that they can use it. In the best possible way, they should check the efficiency of professors and, as a result, raise the quality level of universities.
