Background & Aims: Today, information technology is used as a tool to improve education in organizations and universities. Due to the dependence of education on information technology, the framework of e-learning has been welcomed as a method at the global level. The development of the mobile Internet has led to rapid progress in online learning, offering new perspectives for teaching and learning and a completely different learning experience than traditional education. Online learning takes advantage of network technology and multimedia technology to transcend the boundaries of conventional education. The electronic learning system as an educational approach of the present age has always faced the complications related to the way of interaction and the motivation of academic progress in learning. With the rapid changes in the global education system, the increasing demand to enter the university system to achieve information literacy that is far beyond the capacity and facilities of higher education and the realization of a suitable and converging position with the phenomenon of globalization and the need to respond to the increasing demand for different education that Educational justice and user-centeredness is its main core and nurtures the attraction of domestic and foreign talented students. The most important activity and research center in any country is an organization called a university. In universities of medical sciences, the medical education system plays an effective role in efficient education in order to ensure and promote the health of the society. The corona virus crisis has affected the educational systems in all countries of the world, including Iran, and has led to the closure of face-to-face courses in schools and universities. Finally, the implementation of virtual education and the necessity of its success is undoubtedly due to the welcome of respected university professors in its implementation, and the importance and necessity of the research topic requires that the key element of the virtual education method, which is the respected professors of virtual education of the university, be encouraged and more incentives to continue their work and continue the virtual education method. Facing such an expansion and rapid movement of science and knowledge and the continuous change of the needs of the higher education society makes it use a logical and scientific method against the new educational methods in order to be able to find various effective factors in the learning of students and the electronic learning environment. identify On the other hand, providing a comprehensive program in the field of education requires a comprehensive understanding of the issues.
Methods: The research strategy is survey and the research method is quantitative. The statistical population of the research was all the professors and experts of virtual education of the University of Medical Sciences in the North Khorasan province in the number of 440 people. The statistical sample was obtained by stratified random sampling in the number of 206 people. The research tool includes a researcher-made questionnaire with 51 questions or items. SPSS software and structural equations were used to analyze the data of this research.
Results: The findings of the research in the quantitative model of factors affecting the establishment of electronic education system in universities of medical sciences include 13 categories and 51 components. According to the results of the dimensions of the e-learning system deployment model and its prioritization, including expert staff, educational content and materials, students, hardware, cultural infrastructure, pedagogical infrastructure, human infrastructure, requirements, economic infrastructure, external factors, Administrative infrastructure, technology infrastructure and management and leadership were identified.
Conclusion: The results of the data showed that by strengthening the identified dimensions, it is possible to improve the electronic education system in universities of medical sciences. E-learning readiness assessment allows officials and policy makers to adopt appropriate policies and plan development plans in such a way as to create a complementary and balanced environment for e-learning research. The effective use of information and communication technologies in the process of education and work in electronic learning environments requires that learners accept new roles in the learning process. Including the fact that learners should be information seekers and be able to judge and evaluate the value of vast information that is available for their use in the global Internet. In such conditions, the role of educators changes from transferring knowledge and information to facilitating the learning process. Therefore, electronic education requires new programs, policies, strategies, goals, methods, and generally new patterns in the current conditions of globalization. The increasing access to suitable hardware and software for electronic education, especially the development of the Jahangaster Web network, has opened a new horizon for educational institutions. It seems that the use of these facilities for education will help to realize some of the ideals that are mentioned as quality criteria of education, such as: inclusiveness, lifelong learning, active learning, interaction in learning and multimedia. Although some educational institutions, in recent years, have taken steps to provide complete educational courses electronically, but still not much evidence has been published about the evaluation results of these programs. Considering the general advantages of electronic education and its special capabilities in medical education, it seems inevitable to integrate it into the current educational programs of universities, so that conventional education is presented as a combination of traditional education and electronic education. This is especially noticeable in the case of the country's educational system, which has many audiences with a wide variety of interests, experiences and educational needs. The importance of change in university education, along with the high cost of providing electronic education infrastructure, especially the necessary software, shows the necessity of a long-term program approach in the integration of electronic education in the country's current education system. In this regard, it is necessary to use the experiences of other universities and organize the facilities and activities and use the capabilities available in both public and private sectors. The requirement of this approach is to create a scientific insight into various aspects of electronic education and design the process of change based on existing conditions and logical ideals in education. If this insight is accompanied by the serious determination of the officials and policy makers of the country's education system, it is hoped that in the not too distant future, valuable steps can be taken to improve the quality of education and its greater productivity, even though electronic education methods have many advantages, the integration of their use With the specialized programs of each field, it is still considered a big challenge.
