Tuberculosis of vulva is a rare form of genital tuberculosis. It may be presented as isolated chronic ulcerative lesions in the external genital without the tuberculosis of the upper urogenital system, thus the diagnosis of this type of tuberculosis may be delayed. The present case is a tuberculosis of vulva in a 73-year-old woman with chronic external genital ulcers whose treatment with different drugs was failed. In the clinical study and laboratory evaluation tuberculosis of vulva and cervix was detected and after starting anti-tuberculosis therapy the ulcerative lesions were healed.
