Today, exercise and physical activity are extremely valuable tools as one of the ways to spend leisure time (2) that the impact of exercise on physical and mental health is undeniable. Improving desirable social interactions, developing self-confidence, improving learning, increasing blood pressure, weight loss and heart disease, etc. are important effects of exercise and physical activity (3) while lack of physical activity as It is the fourth most dangerous risk factor for global mortality (4).
In this regard, not recognizing the needs of the 21st century is a serious obstacle to the development of sports. Although much attention is currently paid to health and quality of life, many physical education and sports policy makers ignore the role of exercise and its effects on health. In these circumstances, the lack of progress and development of sports shows the lack of attention of stakeholders (6). On the other hand, some studies have found that the body and physical condition are closely related to exercise. In this regard, Faroug and Parker (2009) in their research showed that physical education, sports and physical activity are the second most important and important factor in the lives of audiences after religious studies (11).
Given that our religious culture places great emphasis on mentally and physically healthy recreation, a set of healthy recreation should be designed and introduced to the community. Also, despite the fact that the effect of exercise on health has been confirmed, but whether exercise has an effect on health dimensions, socio-cultural problems and social development of society or not is a question that has attracted the attention of researchers and various researches in this field. Has been done and various results have been obtained. However, no research was found that examined the above question from the perspective of university experts and professors as elites and experts in the field of public sports. On the other hand, the role of sport on socio-cultural problems and social development has not been studied. Therefore, the researcher seeks to answer the question whether sport affects the dimensions of health, socio-cultural problems and social development of society or not?
2.Methods
The present study is a qualitative-quantitative study that was conducted using the foundation data method. To conduct this research, 13 people were interviewed among academic experts, sports and religious professors, university officials, managers of the Public Sports Federation and organizations related to public sports and leisure in the form of snowballs. Then, based on the data obtained from the interviews, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 21 questions that examined the role of exercise on the dimensions of health, socio-cultural problems and social development was completed by the sample. Finally, to analyze the data, elongation and skewness indices were used to investigate the natural distribution of data and open and axial coding and one-sample t-test using SPSS software version 21.
3.Results
In general, based on the results and citing the combination of open source, 3 categories were identified. These categories included socio-cultural problems, social development and the promotion of community health. On the other hand, it was found that sport has a role in the dimensions of health, socio-cultural problems and social development in society (Table 1).
4.Discussion
The results showed that exercise has a significant effect on socio-cultural problems. Accordingly, cultural sensitivities, cultural beliefs, traditional parental attitudes, traditions and misconceptions were identified as items of socio-cultural factors and problems. Negative attitude of society in non-participation can cause anxiety and embarrassment in the person, harassment, discouragement due to the existence of cultures with thoughts of gender discrimination, lack of a successful and encouraging sports model in society, lack of mass media support for sports. To refrain from participating in sports activities.
Another finding showed that exercise has a significant effect on promoting community health and social well-being. Social interaction, creating collective emotions and increasing social participation were identified as social consequences. Increasing social vitality, increasing social vitality and reducing social problems are also as consequences of social welfare. By increasing the public awareness about the benefits of exercising and showing its desirable functions, convince people in the community to devote time to exercising. According to experts, the audience should know that exercise is effective in preventing, controlling and treating diseases. In addition, exercising saves money on medical expenses. Increasing social vitality, combating social deviations and problems caused by youth unemployment, preventing the occurrence of abnormalities such as alcohol consumption, drugs, smoking and aggression and violence are also social functions of sports that should be considered by people in society. Inform, to persuade them, to make them inclined to exercise. As Imam Mohammad Baqir (AS) says about the importance of sports: Health is the best blessing and gift of God, and in fact, investing in sports gives a person the opportunity to live a long life with health. Slow and get health through exercise. Finally, in the religion of Islam, much attention has been paid to the health of the body and the factors that contribute to the health of the individual, and instructions have been given to Muslims in this regard, such as observing health issues, preventing disease, and the like. Therefore, it will be obvious that physical education has a special place in Islam due to the fact that it guarantees physical and mental health and creates a balance between the two, and it is considered as one of the necessities of religion and has high consequences.

All ethical principles were considered in this article. In order to observe the ethical points in the truth, the researcher undertook to keep all the information in the questionnaire confidential. It also provides the results of the research to the respondents.
