زمینه و هدف: بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ‌به عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم در رشد و پیشرفت فردی و اجتماعی در ادبیات پژوهشی مطرح و تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی از قبیل ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و ذهن‌آگاهی قرار دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانش‌جویان و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای ذهن‌آگاهی در قالب یک مدل علی بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانش‌جویان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی بودند که از بین آن‌ها 440 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند‌ مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف (1989)، پرسش‌نامه شخصیتی نئو (1985) و ذهن‌آگاهی براون و ریان (2003) استفاده شد. داده‌های به دست آمده با نرمافزارهایSpss  نسخه 24 و Amose نسخه 20 مورد تجزیه و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد ضرایب مسیر غیر‌مستقیم بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی برون‌گرایی (011/0p=، 31/0 β=)، وظیفه‌شناسی (047/0p=، 22/0 β=)، گشودگی به تجربه (028/0p=، 11/0 β=) و روان‌رنجورخویی (000/0p=، 19/0- β=) با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی معنادار است. مدل پیشنهادی نیز از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (92/0=GFI،91/0=AGFI، 94/0=CFI، 07/0=RMSEA، 61/2 =X2/df) و نتایج از نقش میانجی‌گری ذهن‌آگاهی در رابطه بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانش‌جویان حمایت کرد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ویژگی‌های شخصیتی هم به طور مستقیم و هم با واسطه ذهن‌آگاهی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی رابطه دارند. بنابراین برای افزایش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در دانش‌جویان، مداخله در ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و ذهن‌آگاهی می‌تواند دارای اهمیت باشد.
