Voluntary winging of scapula is a very rare anomaly. There is no organic defect in the patient. It is a psychosomatic disorder. We report three cases of voluntary winging of scapula between 12 to 35 years of age, who referred to Shoulder Clinic of Shafa Hospital within 8 years. They were under treatment and control in shoulder surgery unit of Shafa Hospital.
