Despite the importance of this approach, coherent and comprehensive educational packages based on Islamic mysticism have been less developed in the field of therapeutic psychology. Therefore, designing therapeutic educational packages appropriate to the culture and religious context of society can play a key role in increasing the quality of psychological services. Islamic mysticism, as one of the richest spiritual resources in the Islamic world, has great potential to redefine mental health and improve the quality of treatment. Recent studies have shown that combining Islamic mystical principles with psychological methods can help strengthen psychological adjustment, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase resilience. However, the lack of structured and specialized educational packages based on Islamic mysticism for psychologists and counselors has created a major challenge in the application of this spiritual approach in psychotherapy. The seeker must have good character and love all beings. If a person can have sincere servitude on the path of the path and, by constantly remembering, reminds himself of what level he is going to reach, the light of love will ignite in his being. Therefore, he can perform actions that are considered austerity in line with his values. However, considering the difficulties of austerity, he must walk this path with effort and perseverance to reach the level of certainty. At this level, he loses his credentials such as assets, position, etc. and reaches the level of asceticism. By constantly calculating, repenting, and performing self-monitoring, the person discovers his inner strength. Ultimately, by relying on God and the presence of a conscious mind based on values, one becomes a person who observes decency in every situation and at every moment, and as a result, his psychological resilience and toughness in the face of problems and difficulties increases. Therefore, he achieves inner satisfaction with himself and becomes a self-actualized person who possesses superior qualities and reaches the state of annihilation in God.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
