fa ابعاد توسعه آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی استان آذربایجان غربی Dimensions of development of sustainable higher education in universities of medical sciences of West Azarbaijan province روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychiatry پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی نقشی اساسی در بهبود کیفیت خدمات سلامت، توسعه علمی، و تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی ابعاد کلیدی توسعه آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی می‌پردازد. روش کار: روش مطالعه آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) بود که جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، شامل 20 نفر از متخصصان، خبرگان و اساتید دانشگاههای استان آذربایجان غربی بود که تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۰ نفر از متخصصان دانشگاهی انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل دانشجویان دانشگاههای استان آذربایجان غربی به تعداد 17234 نفر بود که تعداد نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد ۳۷۶ نفر بود. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دارای 85 سوال بود. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد توسعه آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی استان آذربایجان غربی شامل برنامه ریزی و ارائه دوره های تخصصی، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین، توسعه مهارت‌های کارآفرینی، همکاری با صنعت و بخش خصوصی، ترویج اخلاق کسب و کار پایدار، حمایت مالی و تسهیلات و ارزیابی، ارتقاء و به‌ روزرسانی مداوم می‌باشد. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که حرکت به سمت آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مستلزم هماهنگی میان سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران دانشگاهی، اعضای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان است. اتخاذ رویکردهای نوین آموزشی و پژوهشی، بهبود زیرساخت‌های دانشگاهی و ترویج فرهنگ یادگیری مادام‌العمر می‌تواند دانشگاه‌ها را در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار و افزایش کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و درمانی یاری رساند.   Universities and institutions of higher education, as the most significant scientific institutions that pay attention to the processing of human beings, are the driving engine and the brain of the society and are the rudder of the movement towards sustainable development. Based on this, higher education has faced many changes in the internal and external environment during the past decades and the need to respond to emerging challenges such as increasing demand for higher education, decreasing government financial support, rapid technological progress, changes Jamiadi has brought up the obsolescence of university programs and the need to compete with new models of higher education under conditions that preserve the nature of a traditional comprehensive university. As a result, a large number of universities used policy-making and planning, the direction of sustainable development as a tool for creating profit, strategic changes, adapting to rapid environmental changes, etc. Because, on the one hand, higher education institutions are the preservers and transmitters of the cultural heritage and values governing the society, and on the other hand, they respond to social needs for the acquisition, dissemination and development of knowledge and technology. It seems that the issues and bottlenecks discussed in the country's higher education, such as financial bottlenecks, environmental issues, curricula that do not respond to social issues and needs and the labor market, are also applicable to the universities of West Azarbaijan province and from There are serious issues that require the necessity of planning for the development of sustainable higher education in the province of West Azarbaijan province. Therefore, developing a sustainable higher education development model seems necessary and can help universities to become sustainable universities and green entrepreneurship.
