The statistical population of the present study included all secondary school students (boys and girls) of Zanjan city in the academic year 1400-1401 who were studying. There are different opinions about the sample size in the research related to the structural equation model correlation research method, but everyone agrees that the structural equation model is similar to the factor analysis of statistical techniques that can be implemented with a large sample. Boomsma (1983) considered the volume of about 200 people sufficient to fit the model. Based on the expected effect size and the distribution of the measured variables, as well as considering the power of the test, at least 10 subjects may be sufficient for each estimated parameter, provided that the estimated effect size is large and the measured variables have a normal distribution. Therefore, the minimum sample of the present study, taking into account the number of parameters estimated in the model, was at least 350 students, which, taking into account possible dropouts, 400 students (200 female students and 200 male students) were selected as the research sample. The sampling method in this research was multi-stage cluster random sampling. In this way, from among the second secondary schools in Zanjan city, regions 1 and 2 were first selected, then two schools were randomly selected from each region, and then four classes were randomly selected from each school, and finally, questionnaires were administered among its students. Classes were distributed. It should be mentioned that in order to collect data according to the health conditions of the country (coronavirus outbreak), the researcher has access to active groups in the virtual networks of students (groups that hold online classes in the network have been created), after explaining the research objectives, sent the questionnaires to the groups. The minimum and maximum ages of male and female students were 15 and 19 years, the average age of boys was 16.31 years and girls was 16.74 years, and the average age of boys and girls was 16.57 years. Below are the research variables&amp;#39; minimum, maximum, average, and standard deviation. The mean and standard deviation of the variables of academic aspirations, social interest, and self-differentiation components in the studied sample are presented in Table 1. As can be seen, based on the scoring method of the measurement tool, the academic aspirations of the students are at a desirable level. The social interest of the students is in the medium to high level and the differentiation of the students is in the medium level. The research results showed that the model is a good fit. The results showed that the direct effect of social interest on the self-differentiation of secondary school students in Zanjan city is not significant (P&lt;0.05). The direct effect of self-differentiation on the academic aspirations of second-secondary students in Zanjan City is not significant (P&lt;0.05). The indirect effect of social interest on the academic aspirations of second-secondary students in Zanjan city through differentiation is not significant (P&lt;0.05). Based on this, activists and policymakers of higher education and schools should define and target the commitment to ethical behavior in the form of coherent and operational plans and strive to accept governance and ethical standards, because the principles and values of Humanity and ethical behaviors are of special importance in educational organizations, and schools and universities are no exception to this rule, and without a doubt, in order to achieve their vision and long-term goals, they need people who have acted beyond the established requirements. Self-differentiation can reveal the range and depth of intellectual and emotional capabilities in all stages and dimensions of life and create goodness and kindness. Therefore, self-differentiation as the basis of a person&amp;#39;s judgment about himself and the organization of value to his position should play an essential role in various fields, especially the promotion and provision of social interest. The results showed that the direct effect of social interest on the academic aspirations of second-secondary students in Zanjan city is significant, meaning that social interest positively explains the variance of students&amp;#39; academic aspirations. According to the results, it can be acknowledged that by increasing the self-differentiation, social interest, and academic aspirations of the second-secondary students of Zanjan city, it is possible to help increase the academic success of the students.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/td&gt;
