fa ارائه مدل ساختاری تصویر تن براساس تیپ شخصیتی با میانجی‌گری کمال‌گرایی در افراد با اختلال بدشکلی بدن مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‌‌های زیبایی Presenting a Structural Model of Body Image based on Sexual Schemas, Personality Type, Attitude to Eating with the Mediation of Perfectionism in People with Body Dysmorphic Disorder روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychiatry پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: تصویر بدنی ساختاری است چندبعدی که به طور گسترده، نمود‌های ذهنی و درونی از ظاهر فیزیکی و تجربیات بدنی را مشخص می‌کند و با عزت نفس، هویت جنسی و افسردگی، مرتبط است لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل ساختاری تصویر تن بر اساس تیپ شخصیتی با میانجیگری کمال‌گرایی در افراد با اختلال بدشکلی بدن مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‌های زیبایی استان مازندران انجام شد. روش‌ کار: روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی و از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را افراد مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‌های زیبایی استان مازندران تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها تعداد 330 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مقیاس رضایت از تصویرتن سوئوتو و گارسیا (2002)، مقیاس تیپ‌شخصیتی کاستا و مک‌کری (1992) و مقیاس کمال‌گرایی تری‌شورت و همکاران (1995) بود. در این پژوهش برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و از نرم افزار Amose23 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین روان‌رنجورخویی و تصویرتن از طریق کمال‌گرایی منفی (039/0=p، 041/0-=β) منفی، ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین وظیفه‌شناسی و تصویرتن (005/0=p، 068/0=β) و ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین برونگرایی و تصویرتن (016/0=p، 046/0=β) از طریق کمال‌گرایی مثبت، مثبت و معنادار است. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد کمال‌گرایی مثبت رابطه بین دو عامل وظیفه‌شناسی و برونگرایی شخصیت با تصویر تن را به صورت مثبت و کمال‌گرایی منفی رابطه بین عامل روان‌رنجورخویی شخصیت و تصویرتن را به صورت منفی و معنادار میانجیگری می‌کند.   Background and purpose: body image is a multidimensional structure that broadly defines the mental and internal manifestations of physical appearance and bodily experiences and is related to self-esteem, sexual identity and depression, so the present study aims to provide a structural model of body image. The basis of personality type with the mediation of perfectionism was done in people with body deformity disorder referring to the beauty clinics of Mazandaran province. Methodology: The current research method is correlation and structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research was made up of people who referred to the beauty clinics of Mazandaran province, among whom 330 people were selected according to the accessible method. The data collection tool was Sooto and Garcia's image satisfaction scale (2002), Costa and McCree's (1992) personality type scale, and Trishort et al.'s (1995) perfectionism scale. In this research, Amose23 software was used to analyze the information obtained from structural equation modeling. Findings: The results of the research showed that the coefficient of the indirect path between neuroticism and visualization through negative perfectionism (p=0.039, β=0.041) is negative, the coefficient of the indirect path between conscientiousness and visualization (p=0.005, β=0.068) and the indirect path coefficient between extroversion and imagery (p=0.016, β=0.046) through positive perfectionism is positive and significant.
