fa بررسی تأثیر مدت زمان بیهوشی بر بروز لرز پس از بیهوشی در اعمال جراحی اندام بیهوشی Anesthesiology پژوهشي Research <p></p><p>    زمینه و هدف: لرز پس از بیهوشی، یک عارضه شایع بیهوشی امروز است. با توجه به این نکته که مدت تجویز داروهای بیهوشی با میزان بروز لرز پس از بیهوشی مرتبط دانسته شده است، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر مدت زمان بیهوشی بر میزان بروز لرز پس از بیهوشی بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت دو سوکور بر روی 60 بیمار 50-20 سال با ASA کلاس I(American society of anesthesia) انجام گرفت. بیماران براساس مدت زمان بیهوشی در سه گروه تقسیم گردیدند. در گروه 1، مدت زمان بیهوشی کمتر از یک ساعت بود، در گروه 2، مدت زمان بیهوشی 3-1 ساعت بود و در گروه 3، این زمان، 5-3 ساعت بود. میزان بروز لرز پس از بیهوشی در بیماران مورد مطالعه در خاتمه عمل جراحی، مشخص و ثبت گردید. پروتکل بیهوشی در بیماران هر سه گروه یکسان بود. نتایج حاصل با استفاده از آزمون آماری Chi-square و شاخص Cramer's V مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: مشخص شد که مدت زمان بیهوشی با بروز لرز پس از بیهوشی ارتباط دارد؛ این ارتباط هنگامی وجود دارد که مدت زمان بیهوشی بیش‌تر از 3 ساعت بطول انجامد. نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش مدت زمان بیهوشی بیش از 3 ساعت، یکی از دلایل افزایش بروز لرز پس از بیهوشی است. </p> <p></p><p>    Background & Aim: Postanethesia shivering is a common complication of modern anesthesia. With due attention to this point that duration of administration of anesthetic drugs is related to the occurrence of post anesthetic shivering, we studied the effect of duration of anesthesia on the appearance of post anesthesia shivering. Patients and Methods: This double-blind study was performed on 60 patients aged between 20-50 years and ASA class I. Based on duration of anesthesia patients were divided in three groups: In group(1) duration of anesthesia was less than one hour group(2) between 1-3 hours and group(3) between 3-5 hours the amount of post anesthesia shivering was detected at the end of surgery. The anesthesia protocol was similar in the three groups. The results were analysed with chi-square test and Cramer Vi index. Results: Based on our results there was a clear relationship between duration of anesthesia and appearance of post anesthesia shivering. This association becomes more apparent when duration of anesthesia is more than three hours.
