fa مقایسه کفایت اسمیرهای تهیه شده با دو وسیله سرویکس براش و اسپاچولاایر اصلاح شده پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research <p></p><p>    زمینه و هدف: آزمایش پاپ‌اسمیر، ساده‌ترین و کم هزینه‌ترین روش غربالگری جهت پیشگیری از سرطان گردن رحم می‌باشد. کوشش در جهت بهبود کیفیت این آزمایش، نقش مهمی در تشخیص و درمان بموقع این بیماری دارد. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین اختلاف دو وسیله سرویکس براش و اسپاچولای ایر اصلاح شده در تهیه اسمیرهای با کفایت بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی تصادفی دو گروهی بود. مطالعه حاضر بر روی 240 نفر از زنان مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه زنان بیمارستان نیروی هوایی که به طور تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه سرویکس براش و اسپاچولای ایر اصلاح شده قرار گرفته بودند، انجام شد(120 نفر در هر گروه). اسمیرهای تهیه شده مطابق با دستورالعمل سیستم بتسدا توسط سیتوپاتولوژیستی که از نوع روش تهیه اسمیر بی‌اطلاع بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که بین توانایی دو وسیله سرویکس براش و اسپاچولاایر اصلاح شده در تهیه اسمیرهای رضایت‌بخش و اسمیرهای غیر رضایت‌بخش، اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت(497/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجایی که هر دو وسیله در تهیه اسمیرهای با کفایت، یکسان بودند، استفاده از هر دو وسیله را با تاکید بر دقت و مهارت افرادی که اسمیرها را تهیه می‌نمایند، می‌توان به مراکز درمانی پیشنهاد نمود. همچنین توصیه می‌شود، پژوهشی در آینده جهت مقایسه کارایی این دو وسیله از نظر کشف ضایعات پیش‌سرطانی و سرطانی در زنان پرخطر، انجام شود. </p> <p></p><p>    Background & Aim: Pap smear test is an easy and low cost screening method for prevention of cervical cancer. Attempts to improve the quality of this test have an important role in early diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The purpose of this study is determination of differences between cervix brush and modified Ayre spatula in terms of cervical smear adequacy. Patients & Method: In a two-group randomized trial, two hundred forty women undergoing cervical smear at the gynecology clinic of Air Force Hospital were randomly assigned to two groups of cervix brush and modified Ayre spatula, each with 120 cases. The cytopathologist was blind to the cervical smear collection device. Bethesda system guideline was used and smears were considered either satisfactory or unsatisfactory accordingly. Results: The findings showed no significant difference between capability of cervix brush and modified Ayre spatula to produce satisfactory and unsatisfactory smears(p=0.497). Conclusion: Both methods are recommended to be used in health centers with emphasis on training medical personnel to take pap smears with special care.
