fa کاربرد تحلیل کلاس پنهان در ارزیابی سطح آگاهی زنان ۶۵ -۲۰ ساله‌ی اصفهانی در مورد ابعاد متفاوت سرطان پستان اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در ایران سرطان پستان به عنوان شایع‌ترین سرطان زنان و علت مرگ ناشی از سرطان اعلام شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، نیاز‌سنجی دقیق آموزشی در گروه‌های مختلف زنان و ارائه‌ی راهکارهای مؤثر به منظور افزایش آگاهی نسبت به ابعاد متفاوت این بیماری، راه‌های پیشگیری و در صورت ابتلاء کشف سریع اولیه و درمان به موقع بود.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار</span></span></strong>: <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش با استفاده از داده‌های جمع آوری شده در سال١٣٩١، به صورت یک مطالعه مقطعی بر روی ١٠٠٠٠ زن اصفهانی در سنین ۲۰ تا ۶۵ ساله انجام گردیده است. که از این تعداد ٩٢٦٠ زن، واجد شرایط مطالعه شناخته شدند و داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه با استفاده از رگرسیون کلاس پنهان مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong>: <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">میانگین سنی افراد شرکت کننده در این بررسی ٧/١١</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">٥/٣٧ سال بود. در بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر شناخت عوامل خطر سرطان پستان، متغیر سن تأثیر بسیار ناچیزی در قرارگرفتن افراد در رده‌های مختلف داشت. بخت قرار گرفتن زنان با تاریخچه‌ی خانوادگی مثبت سرطان پستان در کلاس یک و دو نسبت به کلاس سه به اندازه‌ی٣٠% بیشتر بود.</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: بیشترین تأثیر روی سطوح آگاهی نسبت به همه ی ابعاد سرطان پستان، محل سکونت (شهر/ روستا) افراد می‌باشد. به طوری که افراد ساکن شهر نسبت به ساکنین مناطق روستایی شانس بیشتری برای قرار گرفتن در سطح بالاتری از آگاهی را داشتند، که می‌تواند ناشی از توزیع ناعادلانه ثروت و امکانات آموزشی، بهداشتی و درمانی باشد.</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: In Iran, breast cancer is the most common cancers and the first cause of death from cancer. The purpose of this paper was to present accurate educational needs in various women&#39;s groups and by providing effective strategies to increase awareness of the different dimensions of the disease, preventing breast cancer, or if it occurs, be discovered and treated at an early stage. These ultimately can reduce the burden of the disease in the community.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study, using data collected in 2012, was conducted as a cross-sectional study on 10,000 Esfahanian women aged 20 to 65 years. Of these, 9260 women were eligible for the study and the data from the questionnaire were analysed using Latent Class Regression.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The mean&plusmn;SD age of the subjects in this study was 37.5&plusmn;11.7 years. In evaluating the factors affecting the identification of risk factors for breast cancer, age variable had very little effect on the placement of subjects at different levels. The chance for women with positive family history of breast cancer in class I and II is 30% higher than class III.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The place of residence of people (urban / rural) had the most effect on the level of awareness of all aspects of breast cancer.
