fa بررسی میزان افت تراکم استخوان پس از پیوند کلیه در 10 بیمار در بیمارستان هاشمی‌نژادAssessment of Reduction in Bone Density after Renal Transplantation in 10 Patients in Hasheminejad Hospital کلیه Nephrology پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><strong>    زمینه و هدف: </strong>استئوپنی عارضه‌ای شایع در بیماران دارای کلیه پیوندی است. عارضه مذکور سبب افزایش میزان شکستگی استخوان به ویژه در مهره‌ها، دنده‌ها و استخوان هیپ می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی شدت و نوع کاهش تراکم استخوان در مدت 3 ماه اول بعد از پیوند کلیه است. </p><p dir="rtl"><strong>روش کار: </strong>تحقیق حاضر به صــورت مشاهــده‌ای( observational ) انجام شــد. مطالعــه بر روی 10 بیمار گیرنده کلیه(4 مرد و 6 زن) انجام شــد. دامنــه سنــی بیماران بین 57-13 سال بود. داروهای ایمونوساپرسیــو تجویز شده برای این افراد عبارت بودند از: سیکلوسپوریــن، آزاتیوپوریــن و استرویید. در همه بیماران BMD ( Bone Mineral Densitometry )، Tscore و Zscore در نواحی مهره‌های کمری(₄ L -₂ L ) و گردن استخوان فمور طی 2 مرحله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مرحله اول، قبل از انجام پیوند کلیه و مرحله دوم، 3 ماه بعد از پیوند انجام شد. </p><p dir="rtl"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایــج BMD ، Tscore و Zscore در مهره‌هــای کمر به ترتیب از سمـــت چــپ قبـــل و بعــد از پیوند، به شرح زیر بوده است: (20/0 ± 99/0، 15/0 ± 024/1):( Mean ± 1SD ) BMD ، (69/1 ± 86/1-، 48/1 ± 32/1-): Tscore ، (025/0 P< ؛ 146/1 ± 1/2-، 50/1 ± 11/1-): Zscore . نتایج بررسی‌های فوق‌الذکر در گردن فمور نیز به همان ترتیب قبل و بعد از پیوند عبارتند از: (86/0 ± 32/1-، 883/0 ± 02/1-): Tscore ، (01/0 P< ؛ 09/0 ± 86/0، 09/0 ± 89/0): BMD ، (04/0 P< ؛ 79/0 ± 08/1-، 95/0 ± 69/0-): Zscore . </p><p dir="rtl"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری کلی: </strong>نتیجه نهایی این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد 3 ماه پس از پیوند کلیه، میزان Zscore و BMD در استخوان گردن فمور و میزان Zscore در استخوان مهره کمر کاهش واضحی داشته است. </p> <p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>    Background & Objective:</strong> Osteopenia is a common complication in renal transplant recipient resulting to increased rate of bone fracture especially in spine, ribs and hip. The purpose of this study was to examine the degree and pattern of bone loss in the first three months after renal transplantation. </p><p><strong>Method: </strong>This observational study was carried out on 10 renal transplant recipients(4 males, 6 females) with the age range of 13 to 57 years old. The immunosuppressive therapy consisted of cyclosporine, azathioporine and steroids. In all patients bone mineral density(BMD), Tscore and Zscore were measured at lumbar spine(L2-L4) and femoral neck a few days before transplantation and 3 months post renal transplant. </p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The results of BMD, Tscore and Zscore in lumbar spine before and after transplant was(1.024±0.15, 0.99±0.20), (-1.32±1.48, -1.86±1.69) and (-1.11±1.50, -2.1±1.146, P<0.025), in femoral neck(0.89±0.09, 0.86±0.09, P<0.01), (-1.02±0.883, -1.32±0.86) and (-0.69±0.95, -1.08±0.79, P<0.04) respectively. </p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Three months after renal transplantation, BMD and Zscore in femoral neck and Zscore in lumbar spine decreased significantly. </p> ،تراکم استخوان،پیوند کلیه،استئوپنی 1) Bone Density 2) Renal Transplantation 3) Osteopenia 53 58 http://rjms.iums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-505&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 F Davachi فرناز دواچی 3900319475328460015835 3900319475328460015835 Yes A Ghods احد قدس 3900319475328460015836 3900319475328460015836 No
