fa فشار خون و سندروم نفروتیک، گزارش مورد نادر کلیه اطفال Pediatric Nephrology موردنگاري case report <p dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">سندروم نفروتیک از تظاهرات نادر تنگی شریان کلیوی است که عمدتاً در بالغین شرح داده شده است. این مقاله گزارش پسری ۴ ماهه است که به دلیل هیپر تانسیون و سندروم نفروتیک بستری شده و در بررسی‌های انجام شده تنگی شریان کلیوی و کوچکی کلیه چپ مشخص گردید. پروتئینوری با درمان داروئی و بدون نیاز به جراحی بهبودی یافت و در پیگیری فشار خون بیمار بدون نیاز به درمان داروئی نرمال بود.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;</p> <p>Nephrotic syndrome is a rare manifestation of renal artery stenosis, presented mainly in adulthood. This is the report of a 4 months old boy admitted for hypertension and nephrotic syndrome. Left renal artery stenosis and renal hypoplasia were documented by laboratory and imaging studies. Proteinuria improved with medical treatment, with no need to surgical repair.
