fa بررسی ارتباط سن بارداری و طول کلیه جنین در زنان باردار 40-20 هفته مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 82-1381 رادیولوژی Radiology پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وجود ارتباط بین سن حاملگی و طول کلیه جنین بوده است که در صورت اثبات وجود چنین ارتباطی می‌توان به طول کلیه مورد انتظار در هر سنی از حاملگی دست یافت. این مسئله برای تشخیص ناهنجاری‌های کلیه کمک کننده می‌باشد و نیز می‌توان طول کلیه جنین را به عنوان یک معیار بیومتریک جهت تخمین سن حاملگی در نظر گرفت. در این رابطه طول کلیه جنین در 138 حاملگی طبیعی که در سنین 40-20 هفته بودند، اندازه‌گیری شد. بررسی اطلاعات به دست آمده نشان داد که سن حاملگی و طول کلیه جنین با هم در ارتباط هستند و این ارتباط، معنی‌دار و مستقیم می‌باشد(95/0= R ، 001/0 Pvalue< ). هم‌چنین در این مطالعه میانگین و نیز محدوده تغییرات مورد انتظار در طول کلیه جنین بر حسب هر سنی از بارداری(طی نیمه دوم آن) به دست آمد. از سوی دیگر مشاهده شد که سن مورد انتظار براساس طول کلیه جنین نیز به طور تقریبی قابل پیش‌بینی می‌باشد اما تعیین دقیق محدوده تغییرات سن بارداری براساس هر طولی از کلیه جنین نیاز به مطالعات وسیع‌تر و جهت‌گیری شده در این رابطه دارد که در مطالعه حاضر امکان‌پذیر نبود. </p><p dir="rtl" >  <p>The aim of the present study was to evaluate the correlation between gestational age and the length of fetal’s kidney in order to be able to have access to the size of the fetal’s kidney at any age. This assessment is helpful to diagnose the anomalies of the fetal’s kidney and makes it possible to consider the length of the fetal’s kidney as a biometric criterion to estimate the age of pregnancy. In order to substantiate this, the length of the fetal’s kidney in 138 normal pregnancies which were between 20 to 40 weeks old was gauged. Scrutinizing the information made it clear that there was a direct and signficant relationship between the age of pregnancy and the length of fetal’s kidney (r=0.95, P<0.001). In this study the average length changes spectrum of the fetal’s kidney was calculated according to any age at the second half of pregnancy. The fetal age was approximately estimated according to the length of the fetal’s kidney.
