fa تحلیل شکاف مواجهات بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی دوره کارآموزی اطفال با استاندارد: ارائه راهکارهای مداخله ای برای بهبود صلاحیت بالینی آموزش پزشکی medical education پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بررسی مواجهات بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در ارزیابی عرصه آموزش بالینی و جبران کمبودهای آموزش بالینی اهمیت دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل شکاف مواجهات بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی با استاندارد در حداقل های آموزشی دوره کارآموزی اطفال و ارائه راهکارهای مداخله‌ای برای بهبود صلاحیت بالینی در فصول مختلف سال تحصیلی 94 </span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 93 انجام شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: این مطالعه بصورت توصیفی- تحلیلی و مقطعی در 129 دانشجوی پزشکی در سه دوره کارآموزی اطفال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سه فصل پائیز، زمستان و بهار، انجام شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات چک لیست استاندارد برای مقایسه تعداد مواجهات بالینی ثبت شده در لاگ بوک دانشجویان با استاندارد در حداقل‌های آموزشی بوسیله آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Mann &ndash; Whitney U</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> بود (05/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">p<</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">) و معنی‌داری مقایسه مواجهات با میزان استاندارد، به صورت کمینه، حد وسط و بیشینه مواجهه تعیین شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: بر اساس شرایط ورود به مطالعه نتایج مواجهات بالینی 97 دانشجو بررسی شد (2%/75). میانگین مواجهات در گردش‌های آموزشی: &quot;عمومی، اورژانس، درمانگاه و تنفس&quot; در بیش از نیمی از حداقل‌های آموزشی بسیار پایین‌تر از استاندارد بود. در مقابل گردش‌های ذکر نشده وضعیت مطلوبتری داشتند.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در کمبودهای آموزش بالینی دوره کارآموزی اطفال، در مجموع 33 مورد از 63 حداقل بالینی در تحلیل شکاف، کمینه مواجهه داشتند و از این رو برای جبران آن مداخلات آموزشی از جمله کارگاه، فیلم، اسلایدهای آموزشی و معرفی مورد پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Medical students&#39; clinical exposures review is important to assess clinical education field and clinical education deficiencies compensation. This study aimed to Gap analysis of medical students&#39; clinical exposures with standard in pediatrics clerkship educational minimums and providing interventional strategies to improve clinical competency in different seasons was done in academic year 2014-15.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-analytical and cross sectional study was performed in 129 Isfahan University of Medical Sciences medical students in three pediatrics clerkship in three season winter, autumn and spring. Data collection tool was standard checklist to compare number of recorded clinical exposures in students&#39; log books with standard educational minimums by Mann - Whitney U test (p<0.05) and Significant of exposures comparison with standard rate was determined as low, Borderline and over exposure.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Based on entering the study conditions, clinical exposures result of 97 students were studied (%75.2). Mean of exposures in educational Rotations: &quot;general, emergency, and clinic and respiratory&quot; was much lower than standard in more than half of educational minimums.
