fa ارزشیابی استاندارهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستانها آموزش بهداشت Educational Health پژوهشي Research <p></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">زمینه و هدف</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ارزشیابی و اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌ها نقش به‌سزایی در ارتقای کیفیت، ایمنی و اثربخشی خدمات درمانی ارائه شده و افزایش کارایی بیمارستان‌ها دارد. اثربخشی سیستم اعتباربخشی به کیفیت استانداردهای اعتباربخشی، هماهنگی و جامعیت روش اعتباربخشی و کمیت و کیفیت ارزیابان اعتباربخشی بستگی دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی دیدگاه مدیران بیمارستان‌های کشور در خصوص محتوای استاندارهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌های کشور انجام شد.</span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش کار</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش در سال 1394 با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با روایی و پایایی بالا انجام شد. از مدیران 547 بیمارستان کشور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی ساده نظرسنجی به عمل آمد. از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی شامل کروسکال، من ویتنی و رگرسیون برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:3.0pt;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;text-autospace:none;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&nbsp;یافته‌ها</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">میزان رضایت مدیران بیمارستان‌ها از محتوای استاندارهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌های کشور 67</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">/0</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">64/2 </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">از 5 امتیاز (متوسط) بود. حدود</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">1/15 درصد مدیران بیمارستان‌ها از محتوای استاندارهای اعتباربخشی بیمارستان‌های کشور راضی بودند. بیشترین نارضایتی مربوط به عدم شفافیت استانداردها و سنجه‌ها، وزن یکسان سنجه‌های اعتباربخشی و تعداد زیاد استانداردها و سنجه‌ها و کمترین نارضایتی مربوط به توجه به قوانین و آیین نامه‌های ملی در استانداردهای اعتباربخشی بود.</span></span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;line-height:normal;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: کاهش تعداد استانداردها و سنجه‌ها، سطح بندی و شفاف تر شدن سنجه‌ها، تغییر مقیاس امتیازدهی، جامع تر دیدن استانداردها، بکارگیری رویکرد کارکردی در تدوین استاندارها و همچنین توجه به تنوع بیمارستان‌ها در تدوین سنجه‌ها می‌تواند به بهبود محتوای استاندارهای اعتباربخشی کمک کند.</span></span></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Evaluation and accreditation of hospitals have important roles in improving the quality, safety, and effectiveness of healthcare services in hospitals. The effectiveness of an accreditation system depends on appropriateness, quality and consistency of methods, standards and surveyors. This study aimed to evaluate the content of hospital accreditation standards from the perspective of the hospital managers.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: The study was conduct in 2015 using a valid and reliable questionnaire. 547 hospital managers were surveyed using stratified random sampling method. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods including Kruskal, Mann-Whitney and logistic regression were used for data analysis.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Hospital managers were moderately satisfied with the content of national hospital accreditation standards (the mean score of 2.64&plusmn;0.67 out of 5). Only 15.1 percent of hospital managers were satisfied with the content of the hospital accreditation standards.
