fa بررسی اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی رفتاری بر سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلابه اختلالات رشدی و اختلالات رفتاری مخرب و فلج مغزی روانشناسی بالینی Clinical Psychiatry پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: تولد فرزند سلامت روان خانواده را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده و باعث بروز تغییراتی می‌شود و جهت سازگاری با این تغییرات، والدین متحمل استرس‌های زیادی خواهند شد. لذا هدف از انجام این مطالعه، اثربخشی مدیریت استرس به شیوه شناختی‌رفتاری بر سلامت روان مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات رشدی و اختلالات رفتاری مخرب و فلج مغزی بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار</strong>: از بین مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات رشدی و اختلالات رفتاری مخرب و فلج مغزی مراجعه کننده به کلینیک‌ها و مراکز بهزیستی شهر زاهدان و خصوصی 48 مادر با 1 انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین در ‌افسردگی، اضطراب ‌و استرس انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌ها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، افراد انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش (24 نفر) و کنترل (24 نفر) قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از یک طرح آزمایشی پیش&shy;آزمون-پس&shy;آزمون، گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه 2 تا 5/2 ساعته تحت آموزش مدیریت استرس قرار گرفتند، در حالی که در این مدت گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله&shy;ای را دریافت نکردند. هر دو گروه در پیش&shy;آزمون و پس&shy;آزمون با استفاده از مقیاس ‌افسردگی، اضطراب ‌و استرس لاویبوند و لاویبوند (<span dir="LTR">DASS</span>) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که نمرات مادران گروه آزمایش در متغیر افسردگی و اضطراب پیش آزمون در درجه شدید و در پس‌آزمون در درجه متوسط بودند و در متغیر استرس در پیش‌آزمون در درجه شدید بود که بعد از درمان به درجه خفیف کاهش پیدا کرد (001/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری، این درمان می‌تواند جزء برنامه&shy;های مداخلاتی در مادران کودکان دارای نیازهای ویژه قرار گیرد.</p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral stress management on mothers of Children with developmental disorders, disruptive behavior disorders and cerebral palsy.</p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: Of all mothers of children with developmental disorders, disruptive behavior disorders and cerebral palsy who referred to Behzisti clinics and private counseling centers Zahedan city and obtained 1 standard deviation upper than normal in depression, anxiety and stress 48 ones were selected. Samples were selected using convenient sampling and assigned into two experimental (n=24) and control (n=24) groups. Next, based on an experimental, pre and post-test method with control group, experimental participants received eight 2-2.5 hours stress management sessions while the control group received no intervention. The experimental and control individuals were assessed for depression, anxiety, and stress using Lovibond & Lovibond&rsquo;s Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS).</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Covariance analysis showed that experimental mothers&rsquo; depression and anxiety were severe in pretest and moderate in post-test, and their stress was severe in pretest and low in post-test (p<0.001).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Due to the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral stress management, it can be used as an interventional treatment in groups of mothers of children with special needs.</p> مدیریت‌استرس, شیوه شناختی‌رفتاری, سلامت‌روان, اختلالات‌رشدی, اختلالات‌رفتاری‌مخرب , فلج مغزی.
