fa تبیین انتظارات اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران از دانشجویان دکتری در روند انجام رساله نوزادان Neonatology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="line-height: 20.8px"><strong>زمینه و هدف:&nbsp;</strong>دانستن انتظارات اساتید راهنما می تواند در افزایش کیفیت پایان نامه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی تاثیرگذار باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تبیین انتظارات اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران از دانشجویان دکتری در روند انجام رساله دکتری در قالب یک تحلیل محتوای کیفی می باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="line-height: 20.8px"><strong>روش</strong>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;کار</strong>: تحقیق با طراحی کیفی بر روی 25 استاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال 1393 با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انجام شد<span dir="LTR">.</span>&nbsp;داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های بدون ساختار جمع‌آوری و به روش تجزیه و تحلیل محتوایی (از نوع&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Conventional</span>&nbsp;) تحلیل شدند. کلیه مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و پیاده شد و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="line-height: 20.8px"><strong>یافته ها:</strong>&nbsp;میانگین سن اساتید مشارکت کننده 6/48 سال با انحراف معیار60/6 بود. پس از تحلیل و کدبندی اطلاعات، 3 مضمون اصلی شامل وظایف دانشجو در فرآیند تحقیق (با 5 زیر طبقه شامل انتخاب موضوع، آماده سازی و ثبت پروپوزال، جمع آوری داده ها، فرآیند پذیرش مقاله، نگارش و دفاع از رساله)، پیش نیازهای لازم برای انجام رساله (با 5 زیر طبقه شامل پذیرش استاد راهنما، پیش نیازهای علمی، انتظارات و توقعات غیر واقع بینانه از استاد، مهارت های شناختی &ndash;روانی لازم و توجه به زمان) و ارتباطات (با 2 زیر طبقه شامل نحوه برقراری ارتباط با استاد راهنما و برآورده کردن انتظارات گروه آموزشی) به عنوان انتظارات اساتید از دانشجویان دکتری ظهور یافتند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="line-height: 20.8px">&nbsp;<strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong>&nbsp;آگاه سازی دانشجویان دکتری از انتظارات اساتید راهنما در روند انجام رساله می تواند به کاهش توقعات و انتظارات غیر واقع بینانه و در نهایت افزایش کیفیت رساله منجر شود.</p> <p><strong>Background: </strong>Knowing the expectations of supervisors may affect the quality of graduate students&#39 theses. The aim of this study was to explore expectations of supervisors from Ph.D students in the process of performing Ph.D thesis as a qualitative content analysis design (conventional method<strong>).</strong></p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>This qualitative study was conducted on 25 supervisor of Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran in 2014 which were purposefully selected and interviewed. All interviews were recorded and then transcribed.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The mean age of participants was 48.6 (SD=6.60) yr. old. After analyzing and coding of data supervisors had 3 expectations from PhD students.
