fa بررسی ارتباط کم خونی فقرآهن وهیپوتیروئیدی اولیه خون‌شناسی hematology پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: فقر آهن از شایع‌ترین کمبود‌های تغذیه‌ای در دنیا است و کم خونی فقر آهن (<span dir="LTR">IDA=Iron deficiency anemia</span>) جزء شایع‌ترین بیماری خونی می‌باشد، به طوری که 15% از جمعیت کل جهان را درگیر کرده است. مطالعه حاضر جهت بررسی ارتباط بین کم خونی فقرآهن و هیپوتیروئیدی اولیه و نیز تعیین میزان شیوع هیپوتیروئیدی اولیه و کم خونی فقرآهن به ترتیب در بیماران مبتلا به کم خونی فقرآهن و هیپوتیروئیدی اولیه انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;روش کار</strong>: مطالعه حاضر بر روی 50 بیمار انجام شد. بیماران به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه اول بیمارانی که دچار <span dir="LTR">IDA</span> بوده و از لحاظ هیپوتیروئیدی مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند و گروه دوم بیمارانی مبتلا به هیپوتیروئیدی بوده و از لحاظ <span dir="LTR">IDA</span> مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند<span dir="LTR">.</span> از تمامی بیماران مذکور آزمون‌های آزمایشگاهی جهت اثبات هیپوتیروئیدی و کم خونی فقر آهن به عمل آمد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: از کل 24 بیمار منتخب مبتلا به هیپوتیروئیدی 12 مورد (50%) مبتلا به آنمی فقر آهن یافت شد که بیشتر از نرمال جامعه (15%) می باشد و از کل 26 بیمار منتخب مبتلا به آنمی فقر آهن 8 مورد (8/30%) مبتلا به هیپوتیروئیدی یافت شد که در افراد نرمال جامعه 5% می‌باشد و نشان می‌دهد که در هر دو گروه درگیری همزمانی این دو بیماری بیش از افراد نرمال جامعه است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده در این مطالعه و شیوع بالای هیپو تیروئیدی اولیه در بیماران مبتلا به فقر آهن و همچنین شیوع بالای فقر آهن در بیماران مبتلا به هیپو تیروئیدی اولیه به نظر می‌رسد که هیپوتیروئیدی اولیه و فقر آهن دارای ارتباطی با یکدیگر باشند؛ بنابراین ریسک ابتلا همزمان به کم خونی فقر آهن و هیپوتیروییدی وجود دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: Iron deficiency is the most common nutritional deficiencies in the world. So that 15% of the total world population is involved.&nbsp; The present study examined the association between iron deficiency anemia and primary hypothyroidism and the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia and primary hypothyroidism, respectively, in patients with iron deficiency anemia and primary hypothyroidism<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: This cross-sectional descriptive study was done on <span dir="RTL">50</span> patients. The patients were divided in two groups. First group as iron deficiency anemia patients were tested for hypothyroidism. The Second group hypothyroidism patients were tested for iron deficiency anemia. For all the patients, laboratory tests were performed to confirm hypothyroidism and iron deficiency anemia<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Total of 24 patients with hypothyroidism, 12 cases (50%) patients were found with iron deficiency. The rate of iron deficiency is 15% in normal population. Total of 26 patients with iron deficiency anemia 8 cases (30.8%) patients found with hypothyroidism. The rate of hypothyroidism is 5% in normal population. This study revealed that co-incidence of these two diseases in two groups of patients is higher than normal people<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the results obtained in this study high prevalence of primary hypothyroidism in patients with iron deficiency and the high prevalence of iron deficiency in patients with primary hypothyroidism were found. It seems that the primary hypothyroidism and iron deficiency are connected with each other.
