fa تبیین ساختار آموزشی مورد نیاز بهداشت باروری مردان در ارتباط با بیمار یهای منتقله از راه جنسی و HIV/AIDS:یک مطالعه کیفی پرستاری و بهداشت جامعه Society Health Nursing پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: با توجه به آگاهی کم مردان در خصوص بهداشت باروری و جنبه های مختلف آن مانند بیماری های منتقله از راه جنسی و <span dir="LTR">&nbsp;HIV/AIDS </span>نیاز &nbsp;به تبیین ساختار آموزشی مورد نیاز در این زمینه وجود دارد که این امر با شناخت ادراکات ذهنی مردان و افراد آگاه شاخص، منجر به به کشف ساختاری از دیدگاه های ذهنی مبتنی بر تجربه آنان خواهد شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار</strong>: مطالعه کیفی با&nbsp; روش تحلیل محتوی قراردادی، با سی نفر از مردان با رعایت حداکثر تنوع از نظر ویژگی های سنی، تحصیلی و شغلی در دو شهر تهران و مشهد، توسط مصاحبه های عمیق فردی انجام گردید و با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">MAXqda</span> به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها: </strong>دو مضمون اصلی از یافته ها استخراج شد که می توانند تجربیات مشارکت کنندگان را در رابطه با ساختارخدمات بهداشت باروری مورد نیاز مردان به تصویرکشند. این مضامین عبارت بودند از: &quot;&nbsp; آموزش مبتنی بر توانمندسازی جنسیتی&quot; و &quot;لزوم توجه به ویژگی های مطلوب آموزشی&quot;. مضمون های اصلی و فرعی با جملاتی از بیانات مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش توضیح داده شده اند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه</strong>: برای ارتقای ساختار اموزشی مورد نیاز مردان، برنامه ریزی جهت آگاه سازی و توانمند سازی&nbsp; مردان با توجه به ویژگی مطلوب اموزشی در سطح ملی و منطقه ای، جهت پیشگیری از رفتارهای پرخطر ضروری است که این مهم با جلب حمایت مسئولین امکان پذیر می گردد ، کمک به اجرای مسئولانه و فراگیر چنین برنامه هایی باید اساس سیاست های دولت و جامعه در زمینه آموزش باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p><p dir="RTL"></p> <table align="right" border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" dir="rtl" width="628"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:628pxheight:34px"> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Exploring &nbsp;educational structure needed for reproductive health in men related to sexually transmitted Diseases and HIV / AIDS: A qualitative study</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"><br> <br> <strong>Abstract<br> Background: </strong>Due to the low awareness of men in reproductive health and its different aspects, such as sexually transmitted diseases and HIV / AIDS need to explain the educational structure in this context. this subjective perception by recognizing men and informative people, led to the discovery of the structure of subjective views based on their experience<strong>.</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"><br> <strong>&nbsp;Material &Methods:</strong> In this study, a qualitative approach was applied and data was gathered via in-depth interviews. The subjects were selected via purposive sampling&nbsp; in two large cities of Iran including&nbsp; Tehran and Mashhad .Overall, 30 man were enrolled in this study. Participants were selected from public health centers, hospitals and offices. Data were analyzed using conventional qualitative content analysis with MAXqda software.</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Results: </strong>Two themes were derived from the experiences of participants that can be required in relation to reproductive health. The emergent categories were: &quot;education based on gender empowerment&quot; and &quot;favorable consideration to the characteristics of education<strong>&quot;. </strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>conclusion: </strong>To improve the educational structure of men, planning to inform and empower men with the desirable features of education in the national and regional level, is essential to prevent risky behaviors.
