fa گزارش 2مورد اختلال ساختگی با تظاهرات ریوی مشابه داخلی ریه Pulmonary Disease پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">شکایات جسمی یکی از مهمترین تظاهرات بیماران با مشکلات روانی است که به اشکال مختلف خود را نشان می‌‌دهد. تظاهرات ریوی از شکایتهای نسبتاً شایع جسمی هستند که در این میان تنگی نفس وسرفه مزمن جزء شایعترین شکایتهای ریوی محسوب می‌شوند و خلط خونی از علائم نسبتاً نادرمی‌باشد. یکی از اختلالات روانی که با مشکلات جسمی بروز می‌‌کند اختلال ساختگی است. در این اختلال بیمار خودآگاه ولی غیر ارادی، یک‌‌‌‌‌‌سری علائم جسمی را از خود نشان می‌‌‌دهد که با این عمل سعی در فریب‌دادن اطرافیان و پزشک دارد، بدون اینکه چشم داشتی از رفتار خود داشته باشد. در این مقاله 2 بیمار معرفی می‌‌‌‌‌گردند که هر 2 نفر، بعلت خلط خونی مراجعه کرده بودند و بررسیهای مختلف تشخیصی، علت جسمی را برای شکایت آنها نشان نداده بود. در نهایت پس از مدتی مشخص شد که منشأ خلط خونی، اختلال ساختگی است که در نتیجه آن، بیماران به روانپزشک معرفی گردیدند. </p><p dir="rtl" > INTRODUCING TWO CASES OF FACTITIOUS DISORDER WITH SAME PULMONARY PRESENTATION ABSTRACT Organic presentation is the main complain in psychiatric disorders which represent in different features, symptoms like shortness of breath and chronic cough are common when patient complication of pulmonary problems. One of the psychiatric disorder which presents with organic problems is factitious disorder. In this disorder patient complain about some organic dysfunctions that are voluntary but unconsciously. Patient tries to deceive the physician and his or her relatives without any obvious and recognazible to assume the sick role.In this article we introduce two cases with chief complaint of hemoptysis that we found production of this physical sign was intentional and the motivation for the behavior is to assume the sickrole.
