fa تجربه زیسته زنان مبتلابه اچ. آی. وی/ ایدز و ایفاء حقوق اجتماعی آنان: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناختی هرمنوتیک Lived experience of Iranian women with HIV/AIDS and acknowledgment of their social rights: a phenomenological hermeneutical study بیماریهای عفونی Infectious Disease پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: در ایران، افزایش قابل ملاحظه‌ای در تعداد زنان مبتلابه اچ. آی. وی/ ایدز وجود داشته و در یک بستر فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی، رعایت حقوق اجتماعی هنوز به عنوان مسئله‌ای چالش‌برانگیز در میان این زنان تلقی می‌شود. فهم عموم از چگونگی مواجه شدن و تجربه زنان مبتلابه اچ. آی. وی/ ایدز اندک است. هدف این مطالعه کیفی بررسی تجربه زیسته این زنان و ایفاء حقوق اجتماعی آنان است. <o:p /> روش‌کار: در این مطالعه کیفی، از روش پدیدارشناسی هرمنوتیک ملهم از رویکرد فلسفی پل ریکور استفاده شده است. یک نمونه هدفمند 16 نفری از زنان ایرانی مبتلابه اچ. آی. وی/ ایدز تا رسیدن به اشباع انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه‌های روایی و برای تحلیل داده‌ها روش سه مرحله‌ای ریکور (خواندن ساده، تحلیل ساختاری و فهم کامل) به کار رفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: پنج مضمون شناسایی شده از فهم تجربه مواجهه با عدم رعایت حقوق اجتماعی در زنان عبارت بودند از: رنج شدید، عدم تأیید، ناامنی در زندگی اجتماعی و اقتصادی، بی‌احترامی و زحمت و سختی در محافظت. ازنظر این زنان، عدم رعایت حقوق اجتماعی بنا بر موقعیت سلامتشان بدین معنی بود: زندگی با ناهمخوانی برابری/ نابرابری حقوق اجتماعی. <o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: این جنسیت بیماران نیست که حقوق اجتماعی آنان در جامعه را تعیین‌ می‌کند، بلکه خود بیماری است که به عدم رعایت حقوق اجتماعی آنان در جامعه دامن می‌زند. بسیج افراد در بخش‌ها و سطوح مختلف اجرای مداخلات مقتضی و بجا را تسهیل خواهد کرد.<o:p /> Background: In Iran, there has been a considerable increase in the number of women infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Within a socio-political context, social rights inequality of HIV positivity is still a prevailing concern among women. Little is known about the understanding of how Iranian women living with HIV, live their social rights experience. The aim of this study was to examine lived experience of these women against their social rights. <o:p /> Methods: In this qualitative study, a phenomenological–hermeneutic framework was adopted. We conducted narrative interviews with sixteen women. A purposeful sample of Iranian women was chosen. <o:p /> Results: Five themes were identified to understand the experience of social rights in women: 1) A state of profound suffering 2) lack support 3) Insecurity in a social-economic life 4) Any respecting and 5) Exerting oneself to keeping. For these women, social rights by their HIV status meant: Living the ambivalence of a process of equality/inequality. <o:p /> Conclusion: Health professionals have to broaden their role and work on individual, interpersonal and inter-organizational levels.
