fa سنجش محیط آموزشی بخش‌های بالینی اصلی مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران از دیدگاه کارآموزان و کارورزان بر اساس مدل تغییر یافته DREEM Assessment of educational environment at main clinical wards in teaching hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences: stagers and Interns viewpoints based on modified DREEM آموزش پزشکی medical education پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: یکی از الگوهای اندازه گیری محیط و فضای حاکم بر آموزش، ابزار سنجش محیط آموزشی دانشگاه داندی (Dundee DREEM)Ready Education Environment)) است که از آن جهت تحلیل مقایسه نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به محیط های آموزشی استفاده می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه محیط آموزشی بخش های بالینی اصلی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران با استفاده از ابزار DREEM است.<o:p /> روش کار: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی مقطعی بوده و ابزار مورد استفاده پرسش نامه تغییر یافته DREEM مشتمل بر 44 سوال بود که با استفاده از نظرات کارآموزان (161 نفر) و کارورزان (106 نفر) گروه های اصلی بالینی شامل بیماریهای داخلی، زنان و زایمان، کودکان و جراحی عمومی در بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران انجام و اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 16 با انجام آزمونهای آماری تعیین ضرایب همبستگی، آزمون تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<o:p /> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin: 0cm -2.3pt 0pt 0cm text-align: justify line-height: normal unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0% mso-add-space: auto" dir="rtl">یافته ها: میانگین امتیاز پرسش نامه 1/96 از 176 به دست آمد که با توجه به راهنمای تفسیر امتیازات پرسش نامه تغییر یافته DREEM، نکات مثبت در محیط نسبت به نکات منفی غالب بود. میانگین کلی و میانگین تمامی حوزه ها به جز درک دانشجو از توانایی علمی خود بر حسب مقطع تحصیلی تفاوت معنی دار داشت (p= 0.000). میانگین تمامی حوزه ها و میانگین کلی بر حسب بخش های بالینی معنی دار شد (p=0.004).<o:p /> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0cm -2.3pt 0pt 0cm text-align: justify line-height: normal unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0% mso-add-space: auto" dir="rtl"> نتیجه گیری: در همه بخش های بالینی اصلی، نکات مثبت موجود در محیط نسبت به نکات منفی بیشتر بود. مطالعات بیشتری برای ارزیابی و اطمینان از وجود کیفیت مناسب محیط های آموزشی بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان با استفاده از پرسش نامه تغییر یافته DREEM در ایران نیاز است. همچنین مقایسه محیط های آموزشی با استفاده از روش‌های دیگر ارزیابی محیط های بالینی می تواند ما را به استفاده از ابزار مناسب تری جهت این سنجش رهنمود کند.<o:p /> Background: One of the models for measuring environment is Dundee Ready Education Environment (DREEM) that one of its usages is comparative analysis of students' perception of educational environment. The aim of this study was comparison between educational environments of main clinical wards in teaching hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences based on DREEM.<o:p /> Methods: This study was descriptive cross-sectional. The questionnaire was modified DREEM including 44 questions that performed in four main clinical wards (internal medicine, gynecology, pediatric and surgery) of educational hospitals by distributing among stagers (N=161) and interns (N=106). Data were analyzed using correlation coefficient test, ANOVA through SPSS 16 software.<o:p /> Results: The mean score for the questionnaire was 96.15 out of 176 that with attention to modified DREEM interpretation guide, environment was rather positive than negative. Total mean and all domains except students' academic self-perception were significant between stages (p=0.00). Further studies are needed to assess and ensure the quality of clinical learning environments from the perspective of students using a modified DREEM questionnaire.
