fa بررسی ارتباط بین وضعیت سر جلوآمده با میزان اختلال ثبات وضعیتی ایستا و پویا در دندانپزشکان فیزیوتراپی Physiotherapy پژوهشي Research <p>زمینه و هدف: اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در ناحیه گردن وشانه ها از شایعترین مشکلات‌ گزارش شده در مشاغل نشسته مانند دندانپزشکی می‌باشد. این اختلالات علاوه بر ایجاد درد می‌توانند منجر به ایجاد اختلال در مکانیسم‌های کنترل وضعیتی شوند. هدف این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین میزان اختلال ثبات وضعیتی با وضعیت سر جلو آمده در بین دندانپزشکان بوده است. روش‌ کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی70نفراز دندانپزشکان شاغل در دو مرکز دندانپزشکی شهر تهران بررسی شدند. مشخصات فردی و شغلی با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد. با استفاده از تست کلینیکی ارزیابی وضعیت سرجلوآمده، موقعیت سر افراد ارزیابی شد. از آزمون تعادلی رومبرگ و سه وضعیت تغییر یافته آن برای ارزیابی ثبات ایستا و از آزمون تعادلی گام درجا برای ارزیابی ثبات پویا استفاده شد. از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرها و از آزمون تی مستقل برای بررسی میزان تفاوت متغیرهای ثباتی بین گروه مبتلا و سالم استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج 1/57%از دندانپزشکان شرکت کننده در این مطالعه دچار وضعیت سر جلو آمده بودند. بر‌اساس نتایج بدست آمده از آزمون تی مستقل اختلاف میانگین زمان نگهداری آزمون‌های تعادلی ایستا و درجه انحراف از مقدار طبیعی آزمون تعادلی پویا بین دو گروه مبتلا به وضعیت سر جلو آمده و گروه سالم معنی‌دار بود(05/0= p). نتیجه‌گیری: تفاوت مشاهده شده بین نتایج آزمونهای تعادلی دو گروه مبتلا و سالم، تایید کننده این فرضیه است که وضعیت سرجلوآمده تاثیر منفی بر مکانیسم حفظ ثبات وضعیتی افراد مبتلا دارد.</p> <p>Introduction: Musculoskeletal disorders of the neck and shoulders are the most common reported complaints in sitting occupations such as dentistry. These disorders, in addition to create pain, can cause the impairment of postural control mechanisms. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the postural stability disorder and the forward head posture (FHP) in the dentists. Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 70 dentists from two dental centers in Tehran were investigated. Individual and job characteristics were collected by means of a questionnaire. The head position was examined with clinical testing of forward head posture. The Romberg equilibrium and its 3 modified tests were used to evaluate the static stability and the stepping test was applied to evaluate the dynamic stability. The Pearson&#39;s correlation coefficient and the independent t-test were used to examine the relationship of variables and to investigate the difference of stability variables between patients and healthy groups. Results: Based on results, 57.1% of studied dentists were diagnosed as forward head posture patients. According to the results of the independent t-test, there were significant differences in the average of the holding time in the static stability tests and the deviation degrees from the normal range in the dynamic equilibrium test between FHP and healthy groups (p< 0.05).
