fa بررسی مقایسه ای میزان تقاضا و نیاز بیماران برای دریافت خدمات دندانپزشکی ترمیمی Comparison of patients’ demand and need to receive restorative dental services آموزش پزشکی medical education پژوهشي Research زمینه وهدف<span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">: بررسی تقاضا و نیاز بیماران برای دریافت خدمات دندانپزشکی، در ارائه این خدمات و برآوردن نیازهای درمانی جامعه نقش ویژه ای دارد. <span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه میان میزان تقاضا و نیاز بیماران برای دریافت خدمات دندانپزشکی ترمیمی<span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA"> انجام شد. <o:p /> روش کار<span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">: <span lang="AR-SA" style="background: white color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">این مطالعه، <span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">توصیفی- مقطعی و گرد آوری اطلاعات به وسیله چک لیست<span lang="AR-SA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA"> بود. ‏تقاضا<span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">ها و نیازهای خدمات دندانپزشکی ترمیمی بیماران <span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">مراجعه کننده به کلینیک دندانپزشکی فرهنگیان اصفهان با روش نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی ‏متوالی طی سه ماه استخراج و وارد نرم افزار نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 17‎‏ گردید. جهت آنالیز داده ها از آزمون کای دو استفاده شد. سطح معنی داری 05/0 p<در نظر گرفته شد.<o:p /> <span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">یافته ها: مجموعا 1040 بیمار بررسی شدند که 603 نفر (58%) در گروه سنی 15-49 سال قرار داشتند. بیشترین علت مراجعه ‏بیماران به ترتیب مربوط به اندودنتیکس شامل 258 نفر(8/24 %)، ترمیمی و پروتز شامل 193 نفر (هر کدام 5/18%) و پریودنتیکس شامل 133 نفر(8/12%) بودند ‏و کمترین میزان علت مراجعه، بیماریهای دهان شامل 7 نفر (7/0 %) بود. 1027 بیمار (75/98%) به خدمات دندانپزشکی ترمیمی نیاز داشتند ولی تنها 195 بیمار (8/18%) تقاضای دریافت این خدمات را داشتند (05/0p<). <o:p /> <span lang="FA" style="color: black font-family: "B Lotus" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA">نتیجه گیری: بیشتر افراد تا زمانی‌که دچار درد دندان نشوند به دندانپزشک مراجعه نمی کنند که بیانگر عدم آگاهی مراجعین در نقش پیشگیری کننده معاینه و کنترل های دوره ای در افزایش سلامت دهان و دندان است، همچنین بسیاری از بیماران از نیازهای خدمات دندانپزشکی ترمیمی خود، آگاهی ندارند بنابراین برای برآورده سازی این خدمات در بیماران، باید میزان تقاضا برای دریافت خدمات را در آنها افزایش یابد، در نتیجه تعادلی میان تقاضا و نیاز افراد برای دریافت خدمات برقرار و نیازهای درمانی واقعی جامعه برآورده می شود.<o:p /> Background: Survey of patients’ demand and need to receive dental services, has a special role in providing these services and meeting the community therapeutic needs. This study compares patients’ demand and need to receive restorative dental services in a dental clinic in Isfahan.<o:p /> Methods: This was a descriptive-cross sectional study and data gathering was by checklist. The data of identified demands and needs of restorative dental services of ‎‏‏‎ refered patients to Farhangian dental clinic chosen by non-‎random ‎consecutive sampling during three months were entered into statistical software SPSS (version 17. Chi-square test was used for data analyzing. P <0.05 was considered as significant level.<o:p /> Results: Totally 1040 patients were studied that included 603 peoples (58.2 %) were in 15-49 years age group. The most referring reason of patients were respectively related to endodontic (24.8%), restorative and prosthetic included 193 peoples (each 18.5 %) and periodontics included 133 peoples (12.8%) and the least of referring reason was oral diseases included 7 peoples (0.7 %). 1027 patients (98.75%) needed to restorative dental services but just 195 patients (18.8%) had demand for these services (p<0.05).<o:p /> <span style="color: black line-height: 115% font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US">Conclusion<span style="color: black line-height: 115% font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US">:<span style="color: black line-height: 115% font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: Batang mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US" dir="rtl"> <span style="color: black line-height: 115% font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-fareast-font-family: Batang mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US">Most people do not visit dentist until they have tooth pain that indicate lack of knowledge of patients in role of preventive examination and periodic controls in increasing oral health.
