	<abstract_fa>&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;: تربیت دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی به عنوان مدرسین و اعضای هیئت علمی آینده&#8204;ی دانشگاه&#8204;های کشور نیازمند برنامه&#8204;ریزی مدون مبتنی بر نیازسنجی&#8204;های سیستماتیک است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد.روش کار:انجام شد.یافته&#8204;ها&lt;/p&gt;

The questionnaire was about their skills and educational needs in teaching methods. This questionnaire was assessed (need &amp;alpha;=0.95, skill &amp;alpha;= 0.86). The data was analyzed by SPSS software using frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, and linear regression.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
