<p> : تربیت دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی به عنوان مدرسین و اعضای هیئت علمی آیندهی دانشگاههای کشور نیازمند برنامهریزی مدون مبتنی بر نیازسنجیهای سیستماتیک است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد.روش کار:انجام شد.یافتهها</p>

<p> باتوجه به نیازهای دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی، لزوم برگزاری دوره های آموزشی مجموعه فنون تدریس و ارزشیابی مبتنی بر نیاز آنان با تاکید بر رویکرد مبتنی بر توانمندی یکی از الزامات تربیت مدرس در سیستم آموزشی است . </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-justify: inter-ideograph"><b><span 12pt="" font-size:="" mso-bidi-language:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">Background: </span></b><span font-size:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">Training of PhD student as future faculty member need to planning base on systematic need assessment. The aim of present study was assessed educational needs of PhD student`s medical faculty in Tehran University of Medical Sciences.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-justify: inter-ideograph"><b><span font-size:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">Methods</span></b><span font-size:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">: In a descriptive study, 87 PhD student teaching in Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected by random stratified sampling and completed a 16 item questionnaire as self-administered. The questionnaire was about their skills and educational needs in teaching methods. This questionnaire was assessed (need α=0.95, skill α= 0.86). The data was analyzed by SPSS software using frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, and linear regression.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-justify: inter-ideograph"><b><span font-size:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">Results</span></b><span font-size:="" new="" style="font-family: " times="">: The Response rate was 100%. PhD student had educational needs in all 16 areas under investigation. They considered their skills at familiar without implementation. (3.98:5). Priority need`s student was organized presentation and motivation method in teaching. the lowest skill`s student was in student assessment Field. The results showed no significant relationship between the subjects' skills and educational needs, and their demographic characteristics.</span></p>
