fa بررسی غلظت فلزات سنگین (کروم، کادمیوم، سرب) در آب آشامیدنی شهر مشهد در سال 1390 Survey of heavy metals concentration in Mashhad drinking water in 2011 بهداشت عمومی Public Health پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: یکی از ترکیباتی که ممکن است از طرق مختلف وارد منابع آبی شوند فلزات سنگین می باشند که در صورت تجاوز از حد استاندارد می توانند باعث ایجاد مخاطراتی همچون مسمومیت ها و سرطان زایی در مصرف کنندگان شوند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین کادمیوم، کروم (VI) و سرب در آب آشامیدنی شهر مشهد و مقایسه آن ها با مقادیر استاندارد ملی و رهنمودهای جهانی انجام شد.<o:p /> روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی که در بهار و تابستان سال 1390 انجام شد از نقاط مختلف شبکه آب آشامیدنی شهری، طبق روش استاندارد نمونه برداری و نمونه ها به روش اسپکتروفتومتری جذب اتمی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. از آنجایی که مراکز بهداشتی درمانی کل شهر را پوشش می دهند، به عنوان ایستگاه های نمونه برداری انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون های آماری One sample t- test، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و تی زوجی در سطح معنی داری 05/0 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: غلظت فلزات کروم و کادمیوم در آب از حد استاندارد ملی و بین المللی کمتر بود، تنها غلظت سرب در برخی مناطق اندکی از میزان استاندارد بالاتر و اختلاف میانگین آن در دو فصل بهار و تابستان معنی دار بود (03/0 =p) درحالی که این اختلاف برای دو فلز کروم و کادمیوم معنی دار نبود. رابطه معنی داری بین غلظت فلزات و نوع منبع آب مشاهده نشد.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه مقادیر کروم، کادمیوم در تمام و سرب در اکثر مناطق پایین تر از حد استانداردها بوده است، به نظر می رسد بافت کهنه و فرسوده لوله های آبرسانی می تواند در برخی از نقاط منجر به افزایش غلظت فلزات به ویژه سرب شود. لذا به علت خاصیت تجمعی این فلزات لازم است اقدامات مقتضی از سوی سازمان های مربوطه به عمل آید.<o:p /> Background: Heavy metals are one of the compounds that can enter the water sources through different ways. Consumption of heavy metals in amounts that exceed standard levels is associate with risks such as toxicity and carcinogenesis and development of disease..This study was carried out to determine heavy metals concentration (Cr,Cd &Pb) in Mashhad drinking water and its comparison with national and international standards.<o:p /> Methods: This cross study was done in spring and summer 2011, samples were collected from different points of urban drinking water network according to the standard methods, and tested by atomic absorption spectrophotometeric method. Health centers were selected as sampling stations because they cover the entire city.Data were analysed by SPSS and One-way ANOVA, Paired t- test and One sample t- test on the significant level p<0.05.<o:p /> Results: Cadmium (Cd) and Chrome (Cr) concentrations did not exceed national and international standards, only Lead (Pb) concentration was slightly higher than standard level in some areas and its mean difference in spring and summer was significant (p=0.03), while this difference was not significant for Cr and Cd. There was no significant correlation between the metals concentrations and water sources.<o:p /> Conclusions: It seems the old water pipes can lead to an increase in metals concentrations particularly Pb in some areas of the city since that Cr&Cd concentrations in whole and Pb concentration in major areas were lower than the standard.
