fa تعیین اثر عوامل خطر بر شدت علائم بیماری سایکوز دوره‌ی اول با استفاده از مدل انتقالی Determining the effects of the risk factors on severity of symptoms in the first-episode psychosis patients using transitional model آمار زیستی Biostatistics پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: اختلالات سایکوتیک در میان اختلالات مختلف روانپزشکی، چه به لحاظ مشکلات فردی و خانوادگی و چه از نظر عواقب اقتصادی- اجتماعی دارای اهمیت ویژه‌ای هستند. شایعترین آنها اسکیزوفرنی و اختلالات خلقی سایکوتیک هستند که اغلب از دوران جوانی آغاز می‌گردند و معمولاً با صرف هزینه‌های زیاد درمانی و پیش آگهی نه چندان خوب همراه هستند. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تعیین اثر عوامل خطر بر شدت علائم بیماری سایکوز دورهی اول مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان روزبه در یک پیگیری دو ساله است.<o:p /> روش کار: این مطالعه، یک مطالعهی طولی بود که در آن دادههای بیماران دچار سایکوز دورهی اول که در سالهای 1387-85 به بیمارستان روزبه مراجعه داشتند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اثر متغیرهای نوع درمان، سن، جنس، وضعیت تأهل، سطح تحصیلات، شغل، سابقهی بیماری در خانواده و تشخیص بالینی اصلی بر شدت علائم بیماری در نرم افزار R نسخه 2.15.0 و با استفاده از مدل انتقالی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: متغیرهای نوع درمان، شغل و تشخیص بالینی اصلی بر پاسخ بیمار معنیدار بوده است.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: تأکید بر متغیرهای معنیدار بر پاسخ بیماران در طول درمان میتواند در شناخت بهتر وضعیت درمانی این بیماران و ارائهی برنامههای مداخله‌ای مناسبتر راهگشا باشد.<o:p /> Background: Psychotic disorders have special importance within different psychiatry disorders, for both the individual and familial problems as well as economical and social consequences. The most widespread of them is Schizophrenia and Affective Psychotic Disorders, which often start in early ages and usually need expensive treatments while lacking sufficient prognosis. The aim of this study is determining the effects of risk factors on the severity of symptoms of illness in the first-episode psychosis patients who were admitted to Roozbeh Hospital in a 2-year follow up study.<o:p /> Methods: In this longitudinal study, first-episode psychosis patient’s data who were admitted to Roozbeh Hospital between 2006– 2008, were analyzed.
