fa تاثیر آموزش چهره به چهره بر میزان اضطراب و وضعیت همودینامیک بیماران کاندید جراحی بای پس شریان کرونر The effect of face to face education on anxiety and hemodynamic status of patients who are candidates for CABG surgery پرستاری Nursing پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: بیماری‌های قلبی شایع ترین علل مرگ و میر بوده و میزان بروز آن درکشورهای درحال توسعه روبه افزایش است. عمل بای پس شریان کرونر CABG (Bypass Graft (Coronary Artery یکی از روش‌های درمانی بیماران فوق میباشد که در بسیاری از موارد اضطراب و تغییرات همودینامیکی را به دنبال دارد. این پژوهش با انجام آموزش چهره به چهره سعی در رفع مشکل فوق دارد.<o:p /> روش کار: این مطالعه یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی بود که به منظور بررسی تاثیر آموزش براضطراب و وضعیت همودینامیک بیماران کاندید CABG در ارومیه در سال 1390 صورتگرفت. در این مطالعه 124 بیمار واجد شرایط انتخاب شده به روش در دسترس به شیوه تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و آزمون تقسیم، میزان اضطراب و نیازهای آموزشی ایشان در حین پذیرش و قبل از عمل با استفاده از پرسش نامه آمستردام و وضعیت همودینامیکشان با چکلیست مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. دادهها با کمک نرمافزار SPSS13 و آزمون هایT زوج،T مستقل و ANOVA مورد بررسی قرارگرفت.<o:p /> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین دو گروه از نظر <a name="OLE_LINK131"></a><a name="OLE_LINK130">مشخصات دموگرافیک تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت. همچنین تفاوت معنیداری بین میزان اضطراب و نیازهای آموزشی </a><a name="OLE_LINK14"></a><a name="OLE_LINK13">گروه شاهد در دو فاصله زمانی یافت نشد. درگروه آزمون </a>میزان اضطراب و نیازهای آموزشی پس از آموزش نسبت به زمان پذیرش کاهش معنیداری داشت(001/0(p<. وضعیت همودینامیک هر دو گروه نیز قبل از عمل نسبت به زمان پذیرش به طور معنیداری تغییریافت. همچنین بین جنس و سطح تحصیلات بیماران با اضطراب ارتباط معنیداری یافت شد (05/0(p<.<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج سودمند حاصل از آموزش برکاهش اضطراب و تثبیت وضعیت همودینامیک بیماران تحت جراحی بای پس، توجه به مقوله آموزش از سوی کادر درمانی امری ضروری بوده و توصیه میگردد.<o:p /> Background: Heart disease is the most common cause of death that has increased in developing countries. Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) surgery is one of the treatment methods in these patients that have been used widely over the past decade. This study was performed with aim of resolving the issues related to lack of patients' familiarity with anesthesia and surgery and inattention to their training needs due to anxiety and dysfunction of hemodynamic statue.<o:p /> Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 124 patients who were candidates for CABG were randomly assigned to either the test or control groups. Patients' anxiety was evaluated by Amsterdam questioner and checklist was used for recording hemodynamic variables. The collected data were analyzed using the paired, independent t test and ANOVA in the SPSS.<o:p /> Results: There were no significant differences between demographic variables in two groups. There were no significant differences between patients' anxiety, hemodynamic status, educational needs at admission time and before surgery in control group but in the intervention group, anxiety of patients decreased after the intervention (p<0.001). Hemodynamic variables in two groups changed before surgery (p<0.05).
