fa ارزیابی تاثیر واکسیناسیون بروسلوز در جمعیت دامی کشور بر میزان موارد بروز تب مالت در جمعیت انسانی ایران The effects of brucellosis vaccination in domestic animal on human brucellosis in IRAN میکروبیولوژی Microbiology پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: بروسلوز یکی از بیماری‌های مهم مشترک بین انسان و دام می‌باشد که یک خطر جدی برای بهداشت عمومی محسوب می‌شود. برنامه کنترل و ریشه‌کنی آن در بسیاری کشورهایی که بیماری وجود دارد، اجرا شده است. مایه کوبی دام‌ها بهترین راه کنترل عفونت بوده و این باید به عنوان مرحله اول در ریشه کنی بیماری محسوب شود. تب مالت در ایران برای اولین بار در سال 1311 تشخیص داده شد و کنترل بیماری در جمعیت دامی از سال 1328 آغاز شده است. هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی تاثیر مایه کوبی جمعیت دامی ایران بر موارد بروز تب مالت انسانی طی سال های 1387-1362 می باشد.<o:p /> روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی، ارتباط میان مایه کوبی جمعیت دام‌های اهلی ایران و میزان بروز موارد انسانی تب مالت با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss نسخه20 محاسبه شد که از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت این منظور استفاده شد.<o:p /> یافته ها: ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین مایه کوبی دامی با میزان بروز انسانی تب مالت برای مایه کوبی گاو 48/0-=r و برای گوسفند و بز 44/0-=r به دست آمد که نشان دهنده یک ارتباط منفی بود (05/0>p).<o:p /> نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد مایه کوبی دام‌ها باعث کاهش بروز تب مالت در انسان ها شده است. اگر ایمنی جمعیت دامی افزایش یابد، قادر به کنترل بروسلوز خواهیم بود. این امر مورد قبول است که مایه کوبی دام ها موثرترین راه برای این منظور است. ترکیب آموزش بهداشت و مایه کوبی دام‌ها برای کنترل بروسلوز بسیار مهم و ضروری می باشد.<o:p /> Background: Brucellosis is an important zoonosis that constitutes a serious hazard to public health. Control and eradication programmes have been implemented in many countries where brucellosis exists. Vaccination is the best method for controlling the infection and this must be the first step for the elimination of the disease. In <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Iran</st1:place></st1:country-region>, Malta fever was first recognized in 1932 and control of animal brucellosis began in 1949. Our aim was to investigate the effects of animal vaccination in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Iran</st1:place></st1:country-region> from 1983 to 2008 on the incidence of human brucellosis.<o:p /> Methods: In this descriptive study, the relationship between the domestic animals vaccination with the incidence of human brucellosis was assessed with the SPSS software, which Pearson correlation coefficient was used for this purpose<o:p /> Results: Statistical analysis showed that Pearson correlation coefficient of cattle vaccination and human brucellosis(r= -0.48), sheep and goat vaccination and human incidence rate (r=-0.44) are negative (p<0.05).<o:p /> Conclusions: Animal vaccination seemed to have decreased the human incidence. The control of brucellosis can be achieved if the animal population’s resistance to disease would be increased. It is accepted that vaccination is more acceptable and effective than other methods applied for this purpose.
