style="font-family: "B Mitra" font-size: 10pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt">: در تحقیق تجربی حاضر 18 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار (میانگین وزن 173 ±1گرم، و سن 8 هفته) به طور تصادفی به سه گروه کنترل سالم، کنترل پایه و شنا تقسیم شدند. برای ایجاد استئوآرتریت تزریق درون ­مفصلی مونو سدیم یدواستات (50 میکرولیتر) در زانوی راست نمونه­ها انجام گرفت و در زانوی چپ آنها سالین تزریق شد. برنامه تمرینی این پژوهش شامل شنا با شدت متوسط و به مدت 28 روز بود. پس از اتمام دوره حیوانات را کشته و مفاصل زانوی هر دو پای آزمودنی­ها مورد بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیکی قرار گرفتند. از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس یک­طرفه (</span><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 9pt mso-bidi-language: FA monosodium Iodoacetate (MIA) only and swimming. Intra-articular injection of MIA (50µl) was applied on rats’ right knee, similarly saline was injected in left knees. Training program used in the study was swimming with moderate intensity for 28 days. After the completion of the protocol, rats were killed and both knees of the animals were assessed histopathologically.
