fa ارتباط سن و سابقه کار با آسیب های ناشی از حوادث شغلی در معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران طی سال های 82-1390 Association of age and work experience with work-related injuries in mining and mineral industries in Iran 2003 – 2011 پزشکی اجتماعی Community Medicine پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: سالانه حدود 250 میلیون حادثه شغلی و تعداد زیادی ناتوانی های موقت یا دائمی ناشی از آنها در جهان رخ می دهد که قسمت عمده آنها قابل پیشگیری هستند. صنایع معدنی و فلزی جزو پرحادثه ترین صنایع دنیا به حساب می آیند. هدف ما در این مطالعه بررسی میزان بروز ، ویژگی های سنی و سابقه کار در حوادث شغلی در معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران بود.<o:p /> روش کار: در یک مطالعه گذشته نگر اطلاعات مربوط به حوادث شدید و مرگ های ناشی از کار در کارکنان سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران (ایمیدرو) از فروردین سال 1382 تا پایان شهریور 1390 از پایگاه داده های حوادث شغلی آن سازمان استخراج گردید. ویژگیهای حادثه شامل نوع آن، عضو آسیب دیده ، نتیجه حادثه و نیز سن و سابقه کار حادثه دیدگان در زیر گروه هایی دسته بندی شدند. سپس میزان بروز و ویژگی های حوادث در افراد براساس گروه های سن و سابقه کار بررسی گردید. <o:p /> یافتهها: تعداد حوادث شدید گزارش شده در دوره مطالعه 10032 مورد و تعداد مرگ 197 مورد بود. میانگین سن افراد حادثه دیده 9/33±4/8 سال و میانگین سابقه کار آنها 7/7±6/6سال بود. سن 76% حادثه دیدگان زیر 40 سال بود. 9/49% از آنها سابقه کار کمتر از 5 سال داشتند. شایع تریننوع حادثه در کل حوادث، برخورد یا ضربه (27%) و به دنبال آن افتادن (1/24%) بود. شایع ترین عضوهای آسیب دیده بدن اندام تحتانی (3/33%) و اندام فوقانی (33%) بودندو غالبا شایع تریننتیجه حادثه، کوفتگی و پیچ خوردگی (4/42%) بود. در بین گروه های سنی و سابقه کار از نظر ویژگی های حوادث تفاوت هایی وجود داشت.<o:p /> نتیجهگیری: حوادث شغلی در معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران در سنین پایین تر و در افراد کم سابقه فراوانی بالاتری دارد. گروه های خطر حوادث شغلی باید مورد توجه ویژه قرار گرفته و برنامه ریزی مناسب برای آنها انجام شود.<o:p /> Background: Based on estimations, each year about 250 million work-related injuries and many temporary or permanent disabilities occur which most are preventable. Mining and metal industries are among industries with high incidence of injuries in the world. The aim of this study was assessment of incidence of and age and work experience characteristics in work-related injuries in mining and mineral industries in Iran.<o:p /> Methods: In a retrospective study data about severe non fatal and fatal work related injuries gathered from accident registry system of the governmental Iranian mining and mineral industries development & renovation organization (IMIDRO) between 2003 and 2011. Injury characteristics including injury types, injured body parts, injury outcome and also age and work experience categorized. Incidence rates and Injury characteristics assessed based on age and work experience groups in injured workers. <o:p /> Results: 10032 work-related injuries and 197 deaths were reported in the mentioned period. Mean age of injured workers was 33.9 (SD=8.4) years and mean work experience was 7.7 (SD=6.6) years. Age in 76 percent of cases was less than 40 years. 49.9% of them had work experience less than 5 years. Most common accident type was trauma and impact (27%) followed by falls (24.1%). Most common injured parts were lower limbs (33.3%) and upper limbs (33%). Most common accident outcome was strain and sprain (42.4%). There were some differences between age and work experience groups.<o:p /> Conclusion: Occupational injuries are more common in younger and less experienced workers.
