fa بررسی اثر سوفنتانیل وریدی بر بالا بردن سطح بی‌دردی حاصل از تزریق داخل نخاعی بوپیواکایین 5/0% بیهوشی Anesthesiology پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">یکی از مشکلات بی‌حسی نخاعی عدم دستیابی به سطح بی‌دردی کافی جهت عمل جراحی می‌باشد برای رفع این مشکل در این مطالعه نحوه تأثیر مخدر سیستمیک بر بی‌حس کننده موضعی در بی‌حسی نخاعی روی 118 بیمار با وضعیت فیزیکی II و ASAI تحت بررسی قرار گرفت. بیماران به 2 گروه تقسیم شدند که در گروه اول پس از بی‌حسی نخاعی با بوپیواکایین 5/0% و ثابت شدن سطح بی‌دردی (حدود 20 دقیقه پس از انجام بی‌حسی نخاعی)، 10 میکروگرم سوفنتانیل از راه ورید تزریق شد و پس از 10 دقیقه از تزریق وریدی، سطح بی‌دردی بطور مجدد اندازه‌گیری گردید. در گروه شاهد یا گروه دوم مشابه همین کار انجام شد اما به جای سوفنتانیل حجم معادل آن نرمال سالین وریدی تزریق گردید. در تمام افراد گروه اول سطح بی‌دردی پس از تزریق مخدر افزایش یافت اما در هیچ یک از افراد گروه شاهد افزایشی در سطح بی‌دردی مشاهده نشد. </p><p dir="rtl" > One possible problem with spinal anesthesia is failure to attain an adequate level of analgesia. In order to assess a method which could prevent this problem, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of the systemic opioid on the spinal anesthesia with local anesthetic. In this study 118 ASA-I, II patients were allocated randomly to two groups. In group 1 spinal anesthesia was induced with bupivacaine 0.5% and after fixation of the analgesia level, Sufentanil 10μg was injected intravenously and ten minutes later the analgesia level was tested again and recorded. In the second group, intravenous normal saline 2ml was injected instead of sufentanil.
