fa بررسی اثر فاکتورهای مختلف در سیر بالینی و تظاهرات بیماری فنیل کتون اوری در بیماران مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید اکبرآبادی ژنتیک Genetic پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">      <strong><i></i></strong>عارضه ای متابولیکی، ارثی است که به علت فقدان کامل یا کاهش شدید فعالیت آنزیم <strong><i>(PKU) </i></strong>فنیل کتون اروی  فنیل آلانین هیدرو کسیلاز یا سایر کوفاکتورهای چرخه متابولیک فنیل آلانین ایجاد می گردد. در این مطالعه پس از بررسی 312 بیمار مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید اکبرآبادی مشخص شده، که این بیماران مجموعا حاصل 215 ازدواج بوده اند که 192 مورد از این ازدواج ها به صورت فامیلی بوده است. همچنین مشخص شده که اغلب این خانواده ها، جهت پیگیری و تشخیص نوع بیماری فرزندانشان به چندین متخصص مراجعه نموده و سطح فرهنگ و درآمد آنها در این راستا نقشی نداشته است. برعکس، موفقیت در اجرای دستور رژیم درمانی، مداومت و پیگیری مرتب در به کنترل در آوردن سیر بیماری و ایجاد امکانات لازم، در ارتباط تنگاتنگ با سطح فرهنگ و توان مالی خانواده ها بوده است. در بررسی های انجام شده، هزینه بالای تامین مواد جایگزین و انجام آزمایشات مورد نیاز جهت ادامه رژیم درمانی،  فشارهای روحی ناشی از داشتن فرزند یا فرزندان مبتلا بخصوص در خانواده های شهرستانی، از علل عدم پیگیری اقدامات لازم و کنترل های اعمال شده در بیماران بوده است. از هم جدا شدن والدین مبتلایان و یا پناه بردن آنها به دامن اعتیاد، پی آمد عدم تحمل فشارهای روحی، جسمی اجتماعی و اقتصادی ناشی از بیماری فرزندانشان بوده و خواهد بود. برای کاهش شیوع بیماری و جلوگیری از بروز مجدد آن، توصیه می شود که از ازدواج فامیلی خانواده های دارای  زمینه بیماری ممانعت گردد و همچنین امکاناتی فراهم آید تا علاوه بر تشخیص به موقع بیماری ، کودکان
