<p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> <strong><i></i></strong>متوجه شد که سرطانهای کولورکتال در بعضی <strong><i>Lynch </i></strong>بیش از بیست سال قبل برای اولین بار خانواده ها بطور ارثی و فامیلی مشاهده می شود. ادامه تحقیقات این دانشمند و سایر پژوهشگران گرچه نتوانسته نحوه ابتلای به این بیماری را که از نظر توارث غالب هم هست دقیقا پیش بینی کند ولی نکات بسیاری را در مورد این بیماری روسن نموده است. لینچ سرطانهای راست و چپ کلون را از هم جدا کرده و سرطان سمت راست کلون را در صورتی که در افراد جوان و کمتر از 45 سال ایجاد شود، بخصوص اگر در محل مشابهی در اقوام درجه یک بروز کند، ارثی و خانوادگی تلقی کرده و معتقد است که سایر افراد فامیل نیز بایستی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته و از عدم ابتلای آنها به سرطان مطمئن شد. این نوع سرطان کلون، سرطان یا سندرم لینچ – یک نام گذاری شده است. سرطان سمت <strong><i>(HNPCC) </i></strong>ارثی و فامیلی غیر پیولیپوزی چپ کلون نیز چنان چه در افراد جوان ایجاد شود احتمالا ارثی و فامیلی بوده و یا سرطان آندومتر و <strong><i> </i></strong>گفته می شود. سرطان این <strong><i>Lynch-ll </i></strong>یا تخمدان و یا سایر اعضا همراه می شود که به آن سندرم بیماران از نظر آسیب شناسی آدنوکار سینوما بوده که اغلب تولید موسین می کند ولی پیش آگهی بیشتر آنها نسبتا خوب است. در این نوشتار ضمن مروری بر مقالاتی که درباره سندرم لینچ – یک نوشته شده است. خانواده که هر یک ازآنها دو نفر از اقوام درجه یک دچار سرطان مشابه در سمت راست کلون هستند معرفی می شود. این مبتلایان به ترتیب برادر و خواهر- فرزند و مادر- و خواهرزاده و دائی می باشند. این بیماران جوان و سرطان آنها اغلب از نوع آدنوکار سینومای مولد موسین می باشد و تا آنجا که دنبال شده اند از پیش آگهی بسیار خوبی برخوردارند. براساس اطلاعات موجود این سندرم در نوشتارهای پزشکی کشود تا به حال مطرح نشده است و نگهدارنده معتقد است که چون سن ابتلای به سرطان کلون بخصوص سمت راست در کشود ما در مقایسه با کشورهای غربی بسیار پایین است و نوع تغذیه همانند آن کشورها نیست احتمال دارد که سندرم لینچ در ایران بسیار شایع تر از سایر کشورها باشد. در سایر کشورها فقط 4 الی 13 درصد سرطانهای کلورکتال ارثی و فامیلی غیر پولیپوزی است. <strong><i> </i></strong></p><p> </p>

Lynch reported </span></i><span style="FONT-SIZE: 11.5pt"><font face="Times New Roman">a </font></span><i><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">hereditary non polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) which is seen in some families with dominant mode of inheritance, also know </span></i><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">as <i>Lynch Syndrome type I and II. This form to hereditary colorectal cancer has an early age of onset (Less than </i></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9pt mso-font-width: 105%">45 </span><i><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">years) with predominantly proximal colonic involvement (type I) and can also be associated with extracolonic cancer (type II). It is estimated that perhaps </span></i><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">4% - 13% <i>of all cases of colorectal cancer are attributable to HNPCC.
