<p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> بسیاری از فعالیتهای سیاهرگی از طبیعتی زیست مکانیکی برخوردار بوده و یا خیلی وابسته به نیروهای زیست مکانیکی ( همودینامیکی ) هستند. این موارد عبارتند از </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 1-کانال خونی و جمع کننده هایی با دریچه های یکسو کننده جریان </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 2-ثابت نگه داشتن فشار پرشدگی قلب راست با وجود تفاوتهای بزرگ در برون ده قلبی، بوسیله تنظیم بازگشت وریدی، قدرت بافری فشار سرخرگی </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 3-عملکرد ذخیره ای، توزیع مجدد حجم خون </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 4-مقاومت بعد مویرگی </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 5-تبادل بین مویرگی مواد، سد انتخابی </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 6-انتقال ا طریق دیواره رگها </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 7-رگ سازی </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> <strong><i> </i></strong>، اندوتلین، <strong><i>EDNO </i></strong><strong><i></i><i> <strong><i>Pericytes </i></strong>8-ساخت مواد بیولوژیک فعال توسط آندوتلیوم، عضله صاف و </i></strong>( برای مثال:</p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> <strong><i> </i></strong>ایکوزانوئیدها، فاکتورهای رشد، مواد ماتریکس و غیره). </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> <strong><i> </i></strong>) <strong><i>Rolling </i></strong><strong><i></i></strong>( حاشیه نشینی و <strong><i>PMNL-s </i></strong>9-همکاری بین آندوتلیوم وریدها و </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 10-مهار واکنشهای تورمبوآمبولیک </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 11-حفظ تحمل وضعیت ایستاده </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> 12-سیستمی موثر در سازگاری و تطبیق با حالتهای چالش زای بدن ( برای مثال تمرینات فیزیکی،تنظیم حرارت) سیاهرگ صورت، تنظیم <strong><i>Homing </i></strong>13-فعالیتهای موضعی اختصاصی ( برای مثال: ونول های پس از اندوتلیال،<strong><i> </i></strong>حرارت جمجمه ای، گرفتگی هیجانی). ساز و کارهای موضعی که زیست مکانیک سیاهرگ ها را تحت کنترل دارند عبارتند از: </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl"> الف – مکانیکی ب – هورمونی ج – یونی د – متابولیکی ه – فرآیندهای عصبی نشان داده شده است که رفتارهای بیومکانیکی وریدها در پاسخ به چندیدن فاکتور فیزیولوژیک و شرایط از قبیل درجه حرارت محیط، حاملگی، سن، اندازه بدن، افزایش مزمن بار گرانشی و تمرینات طولانی مدت فیزیکی و حتی در برخی شرایط پاتوفیزیولوژیک ( برای مثال بیماری فشار خون تجربی و انسانی ) بطور سازگارانه ای تغییر می کند. </p><p> <strong><i> </i></strong></p><p> </p>
