fa کنترل تهوع و استفراغ با دوز کم متوکلوپروماید در بیماران تحت شیمی درمانی CONTROL OF CHEMOTHERAPY INDUCED EMESIS WITH LOW DOSE METOCLOPRAMIDE بیماریهای داخلی Internal Medicine پژوهشي Research در ضمن شیمی درمانی بیماران،بطور تجربی دریافتیم که تهوع و استفراغ ناشیاز داروهای شیمی درمانی تحت شرایطی با دوز کم متوکلو پرو ماید،به خوبی قابل کنترل می باشد.براساس مشاهده بالینی،مطالعه ای روی 42 بیمار (سایکلو فسفا ید،ادریامایسین و سیس پلاتین) به صورت اینده گر cap مبتلا به سرطان ریه تحت درمان داروئی طی یک سال(1374-1373)انجام گرفت. بیماران اتفاقی انتخاب ،و از نظر بالینی و ازمایشگاهی چنان برگیزه شدند که هیچگونه نشانه ای از بیماریهای گوارشی،کبدی ویا عصبی نداشنه وتحت درمان داروهای ارام بخش نباشند متوکلوپروماید به مقدار 0.4-0.3میلی گرم بر حسب یک کیلوگرم وزن بدن بیمار ،15-10 دقیقه قبل و بعد از شیمی درمانی تزریق و طی48-24 ساعت بعد از پایان ان،متوکلو پرومید به مقدار 10 میلی گرم خوراکی هر 8سا عت ادامه داده شد.در این مدت بیمار از نظر علائم تهوع واستفراغ تحت مراقبت کامل قرار گرفته و هر گونه علامتی یادداشت گردید.نتیجه ای که از این مطالعه بدست امد بود که تهوع . استفراغ ناشی از شیمی درمانی تقریبا در 95 در صد بیماران مورد بررسی تحت کنترل درامد. ضمنا این مطالعه با مطالعاتی که در سال های1987،1991،1995 به به ترتیب محقق ایتالیائی بوده است. نتیجه اینکه تهوع و استفراغ ناشی از داروهای شیمی درمانی با دوزکم متو کلو پرو ماید و تمهیداتی که به عمل می اید قابل کنترل است لذا با این روش درمانی می توان از پیدایش عوارض نا خواسته دارو های ضد استفراغ که با مقادیر زیاد مصرف می شوند و همچنیناز صرف هزینه های گزاف جلو گیری به عمل اورد. <div style="mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 345.35pt mso-element-frame-height: 476.85pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: .05pt"><tbody><tr><td style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0 BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0 PADDING-BOTTOM: 0in BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent PADDING-LEFT: 0in PADDING-RIGHT: 0in BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0 BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0 PADDING-TOP: 0in" height="636" valign="top" align="left"><p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 19.9pt TEXT-INDENT: 15.1pt MARGIN: 0in 2.6pt 0pt 0.7pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 345.35pt mso-element-frame-height: 476.85pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: .05pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style">Nausea and vomiting have long been the most troublesome side effects of chemotherapy. This study was designed to evaluate the abinty of metoclopramide to control nausea and vomiting in a group of patients with lung non small cell carcinoma on CAP (Cyclophosphamide, Adriamycin and Cisplatin) chemotherapy protocol. <p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 19.9pt TEXT-INDENT: 15.1pt MARGIN: 0in 2.6pt 0pt 0.7pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 345.35pt mso-element-frame-height: 476.85pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: .05pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style">42 patients, 30 male and 12 female, ages from 40-70 years were entered in this study during a one year period, from Oct. 1994 to Nov. 1995. All patients were free from digestive, hepatic and C.N.S diseases and they were not on any tranquilizers during chemotherapy. Metoclopramide was given 10-15 minutes before and after chemotherapy as I. V bolus injection, 0.3-0.4mg/kg and continued 10 mg/q 8 hours P.
