<p> این پژوهش بر روی 50 بیمار مبتلا به پسوریازییس و در مدت یکسال انجام شد. در طی این مدت بیماران مبتلا به پسوریازیس که به درمانگاه پوست بیمارستان قائم مراجعه می کردند به آزمایشگاه میکروب شناسی درمانگاه ویژه قائم فرستاده می شدند و از لوحکهای (Plaques) آنها نمونه برداری می شد. به موازات آن، گروه شاهدی هم در نظر گرفته شده بود که سالم بودند و از پوست آنها نیز جهت بررسی فلور طبیعی نمونه برداری به عمل آمد. </p><p> باکتریهائی که از لوحکهای (plaques) پسوریازیسی جدا شدند عبارتند از استافیلوکوک طلائی، استافیلوکوک کواگولازمنفی، استافیلوکوک اپیدرمیس ، کلیسیلاپنومونیه و پسودوموناس آئوروژینوزا بعضی از نمونه ها سترون بودند. باکتری هائی که از پوستهای سالم جدا شدند عبارتند از گونه های استافیلوکوک کواگولاز منفی ، کورینه باکتریوم ساپروفیت و استافیلوکوک اپیدرمییس که همگی جزو فلور طبیعی پوست به شمار می آیند. </p><p> نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که لوحکهای (plaques) پسوریازیسی محیط مناسبی جهت رشد گونه های بیماریزای استافیلوکوک است چون این عامل روی پوستهای سالم در گروه شاهد یافت نشد. </p><p> </p>

The patients were selected among those who were referring to the Dermatology Clinic of Ghaem Hospital. The selected patients were being referred to the Microbiology Laboratory of Special Clinic of Ghaem. A sample was obtained from the psoriatic plaque of each patient. Meanwhile, samples were obtained from normal skin flora of </span></i><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Times New Roman","serif" FONT-SIZE: 11pt">a </span><i><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Arial","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 10pt">control group. Some of the samples were sterile.
