fa الگوی تغذیه شیرخواران کوچکتر از دو سال در مناطق مختلف غرب تهران Feeding Patterns in The First Two Years of Life West of Tehran پزشکی اجتماعی Community Medicine پژوهشي Research در این مطالعه که به صورت مقطعی و توصیفی انجام گردید، 820 شیرخوار کوچکتر از 2 سال ساکن در مناطق 2،5، 6،9 و 18 شهرداری تهران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نمونه گیری به صورت طبقه ای خوشه ای تصادفی صورت گرفت. در این تحقیق مشخص شد که شروع تغذیه با شیر مادر تنها در 7/29% از شیرخواران ظرف یکساعت اول بعد از تولد بوده است. آغوز (colostrums) به 94% از شیرخواران خورانده شده بود. در کودکان بزرگتر از 6 ماه میزان تغذیه انحصاری با شیر مادر در 6 ماهه اول بعد از تولد 6/59% بود. 5/15% از کودکان بزرگتر از 6 ماه نیز در 6 ماهه اول بعد از تولد به صورت غالب از شیر مادر استفاده کرده اند. بیش از 59% از شیرخواران بزرگتر از یکسال از تغذیه با شیر مادر بهره مند بوده اند تغذیه با شیر مادر بعد از یکسالگی دارای روند نزولی واضحی بود و درصد زیادی از کودکان در 16-18 ماهگی از شیر مادر گرفته شدند. در 3/87% از شیرخواران مورد بررسی، تغذیه کمکی در بین ماههای چهارم تا ششم شروع شده بود و شایعترین سن شروع غذاهای کمکی پایان پنج ماهگی و اوائل 6 ماهگی بود. <div style="mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 516.2pt mso-element-frame-height: 213.6pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: .05pt"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="688" height="285" vspace="0" hspace="0"><tbody><tr><td style="BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0 BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0 PADDING-BOTTOM: 0in BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent PADDING-LEFT: 0in PADDING-RIGHT: 0in BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0 BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0 PADDING-TOP: 0in" height="285" valign="top" align="left"><p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: inter-ideograph TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 19.9pt TEXT-INDENT: 15.6pt MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt mso-element: frame mso-element-frame-width: 516.2pt mso-element-frame-height: 213.6pt mso-element-wrap: auto mso-element-anchor-horizontal: margin mso-element-left: .05pt mso-element-top: .05pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" class="Style">In this descriptive cross-sectional survery, 820 children less than 2 years old were studied. The study was conducted in west of Tehran where the public health is supervised by Iran University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. Cases were selected by random stratified cluster sampling. It was shown that only 29.7% of infants were breast-fed within the first hour of life. 94% of children received colostrum. The rate of exclusive breast-feeding in first 6 months of life was 59.6%. Also, the feeding pattern of 15.5% of children was predominant breast-feeding in the first 6 months of life. Breast-feeding was continued in more than 59% of children older than 12 months. The rate of breast-feeding declined predominantly in the second year of life, especially in 16-18 months of age. In 87.3% of children, supplementary foods were introduced at 4-6 months of age.
