fa بررسی مدت زمان لازم جهت شستشوی دست قبل از عمل جراحی بیماریهای عفونی Infectious Disease پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl">    عفونتهای محل عمل جراحی ممکن است در اثر انتقال میکروب از دستهای تیم جراحی در حین عمل صورت گیرد که شستشوی دقیق دستها، قبل از عمل می‌تواند عامل مهمی در کاهش تعداد میکروبهای موجود در دست باشد. مدت زمان شستشوی دست و ماده ضدعفونی به کار برده شده، دو عامل مهم در رسیدن به این هدف هستند. در این بررسی 100 نمونه از پولپ انگشت دوم دست راست جراحان در زمانهای قبل و 2، 4، 6و 8 دقیقه بعد از شروع پرپ نمودن با بتادین و برس برداشته و کشت داده شد سپس نتایج آن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. این مطالعه نشان داد که شستشوی دست با بتادین (5/7% Povidone Iodine) به مدت 2 دقیقه جهت کاهش تعداد باکتریهای پوست کافی می‌باشد. </p><p>        <br></p> Infection may be caused by transfer of bacteria from the hands of the surgical team during operative procedures. Therefore carefull surgical scrubbing is performed to reduce the number of bacteria on the skin. The duration of scrubbing and the antiseptic solution are two variables in this purpose. One hundered sample were removed from the index pulp of Right hand of the surgeons. At the time of zero, 2, 4, 6 and eight minutes after hand scrubbing with betadyn and brush. After incubation of the samples, culture results were reported.
