fa مقایسه شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی مجلات علمی- پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران با مجلات علمی- پژوهشی برگزیده کشور در طی سال‌های 88- 1386 اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl" class="a"><b style="mso-ansi-font-weight: normal"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 102% FONT-FAMILY: " lang="FA"></span></b><b style="mso-ansi-font-weight: normal"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 102% FONT-FAMILY: " lang="FA"></span></b><p></p><h4 style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span></span></h4><h4 style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span>زمینه و هدف: نظر به افزایش روزافزون تولیدات علمی محققین علوم پزشکی اقبال گسترده­ای از مجلات علمی- پزوهشی به­عمل آمده است. در کنار افزایش کمی تعداد مجلات علمی- پژوهشی توجه، نظارت و کنترل کیفیت این مجلات از اهمیت ویژه­ای برخوردار است. دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در حال حاضر صاحب امتیاز 7 مجله علمی- پژوهشی به زبان­های فارسی و انگلیسی می‌باشد که این مطالعه­ با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت برخی شاخص­های کیفی و کمی در این مجلات و نیز مقایسه آن­ها با مجلات برگزیده علمی- پژوهشی کشور در طی سال­های اخیر به­انجام رسیده است تا بتوان با شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت این مجلات در راستای ارتقای سطح کیفی و عیار آن­ها برنامه‌ریزی و حرکت نمود.</span><h4 style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span>روش کار: این پژوهش کاربردی به روش مقطعی تحلیلی (</span><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr">Analytical cross-sectional</span><span dir="rtl"></span></font><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span>) و بر روی تمامی مجلات دارای امتیاز علمی- پژوهشی منتشر شده توسط دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در فاصله زمانی سال­های 88-1386 به انجام رسید. این نشریات شامل 5 مجله فارسی زبان و 2 مجله انگلیسی زبان (مجموعاً 40 شماره) بودند و جهت مقایسه ­5 مجله نیز به­عنوان مجلات علمی- پژوهشی برتر کشور در جشنواره­ رازی طی سال­های 88- 1386 در گروه دیگر (مجموعاً 24 شماره) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در این مقایسه­ها، شاخص­های کیفی و کمی متعددی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از آزمون‌های<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="B Yagut">  </font></span></span><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr">Independent t-test</span><span dir="rtl"></span></font><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span> و </span><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr">Mann-Whitney <i>U</i>-test</span><span dir="rtl"></span></font><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span> و </span><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr">SPSS V.17</span><span dir="rtl"></span></font><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span> استفاده شد.<p></p></span></h4><h4 style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span>یافته­ها: در اکثر مجلات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران مطالعات مقطعی- تحلیلی و توصیفی بیشترین فراوانی انواع مطالعات منتشر شده را داشتند و اختلاف آماری معنی­داری با گروه مجلات برگزیده از این نظر دیده می­شد (05/0></span><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr">p</span><span dir="rtl"></span></font><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span>).</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr" lang="AR-SA"><span dir="ltr"></span><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA">میانگین زمان سپری شده از پذیرش تا چاپ مقالات در نشریات منتخب جشنواره رازی در حدود 5/3 ماه است که دو نشریه مجله دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران و مجله روانپزشکی و روانشناسی بالینی ایران به­ترتیب با میانگینی معادل 10 و 5/10 ماه به­طور معنی­داری زمانی طولانی­تر را در این پروسه طی می‌کنند (هر دو 001/0></span><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr">p</span><span dir="rtl"></span></font><span style="FONT-FAMILY: " lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span>).<font face="B Yagut"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span><p></p></font></span></h4><span><strong>نتیجه­گیری: </strong>در مطالعه حاضر نقاط ضعف و قوت هر یک از مجلات وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به­نظر می­رسد با اصلاح مواردی همچون درصد مقالات همان سازمان، درصد مقالات ماحصل طرح پژوهشی و کارآزمایی­های بالینی، زمان داوری و انتشار مجلات می­توان در راستای ارتقای کیفی این مجلات گام برداشت. همچنین تلاش جهت نمایه شدن مجلات در اندکس­های معتبری چون </span><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 102% FONT-FAMILY: ">ISI</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 102% FONT-FAMILY: " dir="rtl" lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span> و </span><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 102% FONT-FAMILY: ">MEDLINE</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 102% FONT-FAMILY: " dir="rtl" lang="AR-SA"><span dir="rtl"></span> می­تواند توجهات بسیاری از محققین داخل و خارج از کشور را برای ارسال مقالات با کیفیت به مجلات وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران معطوف نماید.</span> </h4><h4 /></p><p></p> <p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MatnLatin"><span><font face="Verdana"><strong>Background: </strong>Regarding the increasing number of publications of researchers in medical sciences, an increased tendency toward scientific medical journals is seen in <country-region w:st="on" ><p lace w:st="on" >Iran</place /></country-region />. Besides the growing number of these journals, it is of great importance to monitor and control their quality. Therefore, this study was designed to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative indexes of all 7 scientific medical journals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) and to compare these indexes with the ones in Iranian exemplary medical journals during 2008-2010.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">     </span></font></span></p><p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MatnLatin"><font face="Verdana"><b><span lang="EN">Methods: </span></b><span lang="EN">This analytical cross-sectional study was performed on all 7 medical journals (including 5 Persian-language and 2 English-language journals) of IUMS (overall number of 40 issues) and 5 Iranian exemplary medical journals from Razi Research Festivals during 2008-2010 as the control group (overall number of 24 issues). Then, several qualitative and quantitative indexes were assessed and compared between these two groups of medical journals.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">     </span></span></font></p><p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MatnLatin"><font face="Verdana"><b><span lang="EN">Results: </span></b><span lang="EN">Analytical and descriptive cross-sectional studies were the most common type of study designs in most of the IUMS journals while this prevalence was significantly higher than control group (p<0.05). More than 60% of the published articles in Iranian exemplary medical journals were derived from approved projects or research grants whereas, this prevalence was less than 50% in all 7 journals of IUMS group. The mean duration between acceptance and publication time was approximately 3.5 months in control group, while it lasted as long as 10 and 10.5 months in Medical Journal of IUMS and Iranian Journal of Psychiatry and Psychology (IJPP), respectively (both p<0.001).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">    </span></span></font></p><p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MatnLatin"><font face="Verdana"><b><span lang="EN">Conclusion: </span></b><span lang="EN">The strong and weak points of each medical journal of IUMS were evaluated in this study. In order to improve the quality of IUMS scientific journals, it seems necessary to revise some visions and missions of these journals including giving priority to other-organization’s articles (rather than IUMS), research grant-derived manuscripts, clinical trials’ findings, decreasing duration of peer review and publishing processes.
