Using general anesthesia or sedation would enable us to remove the foreign body in the operation room. Here is a case report of a 4-year-old child in whom a retained broken suture needle was found by radiography in the parapharyngeal area after tonsillectomy and adenoeedectomy. Using general anesthesia, the needle was removed under fluoroscopy after 4.5 hours. }, URL = {http://rjms.iums.ac.ir/article-1-460-en.html}, eprint = {http://rjms.iums.ac.ir/article-1-460-en.pdf}, journal = {Razi Journal of Medical Sciences}, doi = {}, year = {2005} }
