This assessment is helpful to diagnose the anomalies of the fetal’s kidney and makes it possible to consider the length of the fetal’s kidney as a biometric criterion to estimate the age of pregnancy. In order to substantiate this, the length of the fetal’s kidney in 138 normal pregnancies which were between 20 to 40 weeks old was gauged.
