The aim of this study was to investigating the relationship between knowledge management with compatibility and adaptability. The research method was descriptive-correlation and practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, it is field-based. The statistical population of this research consists of the employees of Tehran Municipal Sports Organization (1600 employees), among whom 310 people were selected as a statistical sample by simple random and according to Morgan's table. In order to collect data, the field method and the standard Knowledge Management (Lawson, 2003) and the organizational culture (Denison, 2000) were used. To check the relationship between the variables, Pearson's correlation test and path analysis model were performed using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture in Tehran Municipality Sport Organization. There is a significant positive relationship between all components of knowledge management (knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge storage) with all organizational culture components (engagement in work, compatibility, adaptability, mission). the highest correlation was obtained between the application of knowledge and mission and the lowest correlation between knowledge sharing and adaptability. The results of this research suggest a comprehensive approach to understand the relationship between knowledge management and organizational culture in the Tehran Municipality Sports Organization, because it supports the underlying beliefs, values and assumptions and their impact on the creation, sharing and application of knowledge. It reveals that it can affect the overall performance of Sports Organization.
